Water refund
Iam Bongiwe Simelane, who sold the property in October 2021, I was referred to Uthukela District Municipality to submit my ID document and bank statement by atternoys so that I can get my water refund instalation by municipality. I did that .when I made follow up they said they will process my application,they said I must resubmit my documents. I resubmitted.I phoned several times no one assisted me.I personally went to finance CEO ,she refered me to Siya (senior Billing Officer) he said I must re email my documents again. After that they will process my application. I did that.but upto this far no payment has been made to me.In June 2022 I went there again to make follow up , the lady Phamela Mbanjwa( billing Officer) said , I must wait because .His supervisor Siya was not in the office.I requested the number for Municipal Manager ,they said they do not have the number.so now I feel that the municipality is not doing justice and the treatement I got there was not good .I request Hellopeter to intervene so that I will be able to receive my refund from the municipality.Phamela Mbanjwa and Siya knows my story.I emailed my documents to Phamela instructed by Siya my but she never responded.The last time I visited thier offie was in July 2022 where I found Phamela who said to me "its still early for me to get my refund ,I said to her how long will it take , she said she do not know.Hellopetter kindly assist me .I heared by Hellopeter on facebook and Hellopeter once assisted me .

AA
I had a car mechanical breakdown at Umhlanga. I phoned AA ,they said I must wait there the towing car will come to assist me.it was in the forest and it was mid morning. I waited the car came , when it came it took me with my kids to the Hotel and said I must pay R750.00.I had no choice because it was not safe for a female with 3 kids where I was.the time I phoned AA I told the lady that my phone bettry can die anytime,she said I must send her the location so that she will be able to direct the towing car.I did that,fortunately by the time the towing car came my phone bettry was still on.AA lady spoke to the driver of the towing car ,and they they towed us to the Hotel,they took the car and they said I must pay R750.00 .I had no choice because it was dark and I was with my kids only.when I arrived at the Hotel I charged my phone,I opened it .I found a whatsup voice note of AA lady said that the car that towed us was not authorized by them .I immediately phoned AA it was round about 3AM they said they will call me in the morning. I waited for the call but they did unfortunately the towing car gave me thier numbers .I phoned him .he said he spoke with AA ,he is just waiting for their email as they said they will do so.I waited .kept on contacting AA but they are no where to be found.on the following day I tried called them again I found them because I went to Durban for weekend vacation. They said they are communicating with the towing company.the matter of my car will be resolved on Monday. I had to take the taxis back home with 4 children not knowing what is happening with my car.I phoned the towing company,they said since the car is stored with them I have to pay for it because AA was not answering the phones.I paid R10.000.00 from my pocket to the towing campany for the sake of my car .To be taken to the dealership, On Monday I kept phoning AA ,I found they they said I must send all the details.I did .up until today AA did not pay back my money ,I had to pay the storage by my self and then the car was then towed to the dealership. Kindly assist me .If I can get my R10 000.00 of I borrowed .and Iam still paying that money because I loaned it.I am still traumatised the way I was treated by AA.they said I must email all the invoices they will get back to me .even today they did not .my case is known at AA .when I phone they kept on transferring the calls .can you pls assist me I have got all the emails they said I must send to them.
