I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from View4You. I paid an amount of R2,965.00 for a vehicle inspection, trusting that the company would carry out the service as promised. However, I was later contacted and informed that they could not proceed with the inspection because they were not allowed access by the dealership. What is most concerning is that View4You admitted that they had previously experienced issues with the same dealership and were aware that inspections might not be possible there. This raises a serious question: why accept payment from a client when there is already a known risk that the service cannot be delivered? To make matters worse, I was only offered a refund of less than R400 for servicesnot rendered, which is completely unreasonable considering the full amount paid. There was no clear explanation provided on how this refund was calculated. As a client, this experience felt unfair and misleading. I trusted the company to provide a service, but instead, I was left out of pocket with no proper resolution. I would strongly advise other clients to first confirm whether View4You can actually conduct an inspection at a specific dealership before making any payment, to avoid losing your hard-earned money. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. What started as a confident and hopeful process quickly turned into frustration.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Fine Fragrance Collection perfume company for as long as I can remember, but lately, I’ve been extremely disappointed. The prices have become ridiculously high, yet the amount of perfume in the bottles has noticeably decreased. It feels like I’m paying more for less, which is a complete rip-off. Sadly, after years of loyalty, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and moving to one of their competitors who still offer fair value for money.
