Very disappointing service and unfair refund from View4You..
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from View4You. I paid an amount of R2,965.00 for a vehicle inspection, trusting that the company would carry out the service as promised. However, I was later contacted and informed that they could not proceed with the inspection because they were not allowed access by the dealership. What is most concerning is that View4You admitted that they had previously experienced issues with the same dealership and were aware that inspections might not be possible there. This raises a serious question: why accept payment from a client when there is already a known risk that the service cannot be delivered? To make matters worse, I was only offered a refund of less than R400 for servicesnot rendered, which is completely unreasonable considering the full amount paid. There was no clear explanation provided on how this refund was calculated. As a client, this experience felt unfair and misleading. I trusted the company to provide a service, but instead, I was left out of pocket with no proper resolution. I would strongly advise other clients to first confirm whether View4You can actually conduct an inspection at a specific dealership before making any payment, to avoid losing your hard-earned money. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. What started as a confident and hopeful process quickly turned into frustration.

Very pleased with the quick and efficient service provided by Bra nnocent, Jaden and the rest of the View4You Team. Booked and paid for my inspection on Tuesday/Wednesday and by Thursday evening I already my report. If there's one thing I learnt is to never buy something without viewing it first. Considering my work schedule and not being available to view it myself, service providers like V4Y really come in handy. I wish the the R700 option came with something like a word of advice to continue or not with buying but as the motto says, "We Inspect, You Decide" goes it was to be expected. One day I am definitely going to use the highest end inspection Thank you

I would like to commend View4You for their exceptional service. On 16 January 2026, we requested a full inspection on a potential vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, we were under time pressure as the purchase was out of necessity. The online request process was seamless, and within a few hours I received a quote. I then reached out to Kincaid, who was extremely helpful in arranging a fast‑tracked inspection for the same day once payment was made. The inspection took place at the agreed time and location, and the inspector, Innocent, was punctual for his appointment. We even received feedback from the salesman saying, “He is very professional and strict, the vehicle is with him now.” Following the inspection, we received the report the very next morning. We contacted Innocent to clarify a few technical aspects, and he was open, patient, and very knowledgeable in his explanations. Overall, this was a truly professional and seamless experience. We have dealt with many service providers recently, and this stood out as remarkable and it restored our faith in good service and genuine value for money. View4You, you’ve got something special going, and you have exceptional staff representing your business.

Seamless process. Very detailed diagnostic and inspectuon report on vehicle. Puts you at ease when you can't view the vehicle due to long distance. They do the job properly, clear pictures and vedio. Aftersales explanation.

Expected results, great investment.
I know this service is always on the right side of the divide, looking at the behaviour of other suppliers, so it's hard to be anything but good. However, it's a valuable service and saves a lot of money, avoids heartbreak and disappointment, even when the target dealer/seller isn't deliberately cheating. In my case, the assessment was thorough and comprehensive, the vehicle was in very good condition, and the dealership, Philwest VW, responded well to the items highlighted a needing attention. At R2660 not a cheap exercise, but that was less than the cost of one new tyre. I'm very happy with the 'investment'

To Jaden and the team, you guys are really a blessing, nothing brings peace more than having an inspector who is for a consumer all the way, ensuring one buys into a transparent product, I booked you guys just before you closed for the holidays but with that request you were able to accommodate my request, and ensured I buy into something I know what to expect. I am so grateful to the kind, professional (and also funny, and very empathetic) View4You team. Last week Friday, I booked an inspection for a vehicle, and to cut a long story short, things didn't go as planned as the dealership did not adequately prepare and the car was a non-starting lemon. Innocent and Malcom, provided kind support in a moment when it felt things were not going right. Innocent kept a close eye on how things were developing at the dealership (not good at all), and he frequently shared updates. Malcolm, called a number of times during the process to also provide support in a very dissapointing moment. One thing I can say, View4You protects their clients during a vulnerable moment ahead of a purchase. Thank you to you guys, keep up the great work
