Seamless process. Very detailed diagnostic and inspectuon report on vehicle. Puts you at ease when you can't view the vehicle due to long distance. They do the job properly, clear pictures and vedio. Aftersales explanation.

Cancelled items in an order
Such inconvinience and disappointed in online purchases. This is the 3rd time this is happening. After placing online order a day or hours later receive sms that some of my items are cancelled. Last 2 times some details said item is no longer available, which doesn't make sence why did it show in stock while in cart. Now this time I don't know the reason but 2 items cancelled ( 1 on promotion and I wanted it soo bad another is my kids snacks) I thought I saved shopping time to do other shopping that require me physically in shop now I must still look for these cancelled items. It's disappointing. Makro online orders are then not reliable. Because why cancel certain items in a confirmed and paid order.now I must worry if my money will be refunded, some of us have busy days at work and home it's really disappointing, now I must keep track of items cance9and not think delivery didn't do the right thing.

Best Woolies chicken
Woolies Braam Pretorious, Their rotisserie chicken is soo tasty.. Like all the times. I don't know what they are doing differently, but it's working.

Bad customer service
KFC Kolonnade, just received bad service from Moloko. Ordered online the Q-skip option. Other KFCs they prioritize this like tour Mr Delivery orders. I recommend customer service training for the lady as the one who helped me said she is still new. Unfortunately the one who helped me was not wearing a name bedge, but she came to my rescue. Moloko had bad attitude. Not willing to listen. She continued with other walkin2cuatinera. She should have sa2she doean6know how collections work but she ignored me only on a third occas2she called someone else...ww waited even more than what the walk-ins took.

Menlyn Bounce great kids experience
Great experience at Menlyn Bounce. Kids had a lovely time there. Wish we could extend the stay, but it's ching - ching. Staff is nice and look after kids.

Dress torn during the people
Generally I like woolworths, sells quality stuff including their food. However the embarrassing moment I had yesterday at a doctor's suit... Realizing my bums are out. I wanted to go ask the Doc, the receptionist, the patients, etc... The cleaners in passages.. if they saw anything. So I bought this edition dress 2019 just after winter.... It's generally a loose dress so I honestly don't understand whi it just opened on the bums. Or whether it's the material. I haven't recovered from that trauma.. My husband had to go buy pins, I couldn't leave the doctor's suite knowing my bums are out. Yes it's not a new dress, but i have probably worn it 4 or 5 times.. It was the first time this year nogaal. Last year I never worn it. Probably last worn at work before covid few times. Even if one can go through my phone, you will only find one pic.. I rarely wore it, soo this is surprising. If this had an attachment option to show this pic right now.

Expensive shoe broke heel
Wow, paying so much for an Aldo shoe that is supposed to last 6 months. I will never ever again, nor will i ever recommend to anyone. These things we are not told when we buy. i actually wanted to rate it minus 10. So yesterday i wrote this email to Aldo complaints: "Dear Sir or Madam Trusting you are well. This is to express a serious concern relating to a friend’s experience due to an embarrassment she suffered wearing an Aldo shoe (I could attach a picture if I was able to). This is also to lodge a complaint on behalf of a friend and to also alert you on dissatisfaction we have. Last week on 19th of Feb 2020, a friend of mine had a very disturbing situation where a shoe she bought from Aldo early 2018 broke a **** in a very weird and unusual manner. Her position right now she said she will never buy shoes from Aldo nor will she ever recommend it to anyone else. Right now, I am in that position of no go area as well. The heel broke in half, to think that she and I have shoes even much cheaper than Aldo from years before her Aldo pair. Yes, shoes is not as durable, but for the price paid, I would not expect such embarrassment – a heel breaking at work like that." And this is the response: Hi Asanda Sorry about that but unfortunately there is wear and tear that would occur after 2 years of use. Stolen money TRF
It's very annoying to send someone money through pep store and the person on the other side tells you they say the money has been withdrawn. This is the second time this is happening in my family. First my mom sent someone money and the recipient never received the money. Today it's my sister sending my other sister money through same pep Store, my sister is told the money has been withdrawn and when she asks at Durban pep she is told the person who should enquire is the one who deposited money. I thought this was a secured enough by the pin, Cleary not. It's the last time we useng Pep to send money. We are done. R1000 lost just like that on two occasions. With cameras and reference numbers I believe the person who did this can be tracked unless no one takes the matter seriously. Regards Angry customer.

Bad service
Bought two pairs of shoes for someone as a gift but the person wears 9.5 so I explained that I need the person to fit the shoes so I will return the other pair. Following weekend we went back to return the shoe, we were told to go to Menlyn as they were doing stock count I said I am not going to o Menlyn for shopping I have a meeting so I would rather give my sister in law to come during the week as she stays closer to Atterbury Boulevard. They promised to call me they never did, Tuesday my sister went and was turned away because they told her management said they shouldn't sell and they promised to call her when they can sell the stock. Today my sister went to Menlyn where she was told if price differences and the fact that Atterbury staff like to sent customers to Menlyn when they know exactly of price differences. So this week we will go to Crocs for the fourth time trying exchange 1 pair of shoes, it's petrol, it's energy consuming, it's time consuming, it's annoying now, it's disrespect of people's time. So it turns out they are not reliable as they once promised to call my sister that they will call once they have ordered some shoe she wanted. Or is this the treatment customers should be after such support, I mean we've been buying shoes in that Shop and fail to understand why should theyake us to up and down like that. I hate what is happening so much right now.

For the first time in my life a lady shouted at me because I took a swimming costume and left a hanger . I am Sooo mad I will never go back to Gezina Galleries Ackermans. The lady is Tebogo, if she had a bad day she mustn't take it on customers.
