Highly Recommended – View4You saved me from a costly mistake! I recently used View4You to inspect a 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 I was seriously considering buying. From the moment I booked, the process was professional, quick, and stress-free. The inspector arrived on time, did a very thorough job, and within 48 hours I received a detailed 31-page report complete with high-quality photos and a full diagnostic scan. What really stood out was how clearly the report showed issues that were not obvious at all during my test drive or visual check. The front bumper had been resprayed (with small scratches and stone chips), the passenger fender had paint damage, there was a noticeable gap in the grill, and the headlight washers weren’t working. WHat a waste of time
I have been battling since Jan 2023 to get my bank feeds activated. Numerous emails back and forth and Sage is a waste of time. This has resulted in my accoutnants having to do manual updates on a monthly basis due to Sage Banking teams incompetancy.

SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED
Called Discovery health 14 April @ 13h04 on hold for 5m 48s You know when the call is connected but the agent is on mute. Then the call dropped after 5min wait. I have complaint about this exact same issue on the 1 April. I think Discovery was a mistake and rethinking my medical aid

Just a number
Fed up with just being a nunber, mybwife and i Walked into the Lynwood branch, Pretoria East on 18bAug. We requested to close our accounts. Pathetic service, first they, and I quote " we want our money back" for an overdraft. I paid the overdraft immediately inb5he presence of the bank owner. She confirmed receipt as I made an immediate payment from my new bank which she confirmed was received. Not like FNBs immediate payments which takes a day to reflect. Never the less I digress. There were apparently card payments not retrieved by the merchants, not forgetting the cash was withdrawn from my accounts already so none of my business. We had to complete forms because they needed to email this to another department to investigate. I was told my the person named INNOCENTIA that she would definitely keep us in copy with all mails relating to this issue. Needless to say to date still no email or calls. Which I effected. I will be going to the ombudsman of any further bank charges are incurred due to FNBs utter lack of follow up. Having a private banker is also a utter waste of time. My private banker is never available and when I ginallybgit through to her I asked what's the best way to close my accounts, her reply was best to go into the banks. R500 x 3 per month for bank charges for this ****. Stay away

Not just a number
The experience we have had so far has been great with Mercantile Menlyn. Our emails are answered within 24 hours. The team constantly keeps us updated with any further developements. Well done to the the TEAM I am in the proceass of closing all my accounts with FNB. Its pathetic that one is reviewed as a number. Constant issues with Lynwood - I have a private banker who is a utter waste of time. When i asked her how do i close my account, all she says was best to go into the branch to do so. As a business owner I recommend going to Mercantile Menlyn - The best service I have received from a bank

Restored Faith in Service
Shopping around and looking to move our personal and bank accounts. Met with Lesego Mlangeni from the Silverlakes branch. This guy is an asset to Capitec. He gave me the info I needed but his advice and guidance was very much appreciated. Service is dead in South Africa but Lesego actually restored my faith in the service sector. I will be considering my business account to Mercantile as well as my personal accounts. Well done Lesego

@Makro_SA visited your Silverlakes, Pretoria outlet. Pathetic service, I was walking around the electronics looking for help but your staff stood around watching up. They felt a group chat was more important ! I asked them if nobody was working today. The one Skippy with the most attitude replied NO. Your service f%$k sucks and I walked out. And trust me I was going to spend MONEY ! GOING TO TAKEALOT

Still waiting for my order
Online order placed on 1 May for delivery. The delivery was delivered in 2 parts. I tried calling the call centre and no one can seem to find the items linked to this order. While they put us on hold the call gets cuts. We now getting confirmation the order is at the warehouse they cant tell us when the items will be collected from the warehouse or the new arrival date

my dstv assistance
i wanted to cancel my MOVIE ADD ON as i never made any use of it as i stream DSTV only. I only found out that this option is only available on the decoder not on the streaming app. I want this removed and refunded as it was never used. The idiot on your assistance chat is no help - takes forever to reply. Please ask Ditshwanelo to get a different job as he sucks at this one I asked if my movies was scheduled for cancellation end of Jan then why does the amount owed for 30 Jan still include the MOVIES portion.
