On Tuesday, 10 December 2024, I visited your restaurant in Knysna specifically to take advantage of your advertised Monday and Tuesday special: a medium pizza with a beer or glass of wine for R129. This special was clearly promoted on your Facebook page the previous day (Monday) and is also mentioned on your website. However, upon placing my order, I was informed that the special was not available due to the festive season. I was both surprised and upset by this, as there was no indication in your adverti*****ts that the special would not apply during this period. Your staff refused to honor the promotion despite my pointing out the adverti*****t, which I believe is misleading to your customers.
