Bought a car last year October through Tooters dealership in Rustenburg. They gave me amazing service when delivering the vehicle and that was it. My nightmare started within the first month of receiving the vehicle. Heard a strange noise when vehicle was idling. Since I am working offs****, I could only take the vehicle to a Rmi dealership in January,but I have notified planet 42 and the dealership in December 2022 of this issue. When I took the vehicle to Rmi workshop the diagnostic picked up that it was exhaust intake manifold that needed to be replaced. Got a qoute for R26000 and the warranty declined the quote.I reported it to the dealership and planet 42 numerous times without anything being done until now. My 6th payment was debited now 23 March and according to my contract, I can cancel my contract with them after 6 months. I have sent an email on Wednesday 22March already asking them to begin the process of terminating my contract. They have not answered me, I sent through another email and 2 whatsapp messages again on Friday 24th March without being answered. I eventually got through to them after calling them and the lady wanted to drop the call and talk to me on whatsapp,I refused. She asked for pictures of the car,contact details and proof of residence to be sent via email,I dit it as soon as I ended the call. It is the end of day and I haven't heard anything back from them. I only have next week to return the vehicle to them as I will be leaving the country to go back to work. I do not want to pay another amount after these 6 months,I am willing to pay my return fee as per contract. My advise to everyone is,stay away from them.

The warranty that they use is Impac warranty,we asked them before signing the contract should anything occur when delivering the vehicle ,if the warranty will be useful. Guess what, the part that needs to be replaced cost almost R20 000,with labour and vat the qoute that we got was R26000. The warranty rejected the quote, when calling Tooters they ignored us at first ,then they started telling lie after lie. Believe me the car is not cheap every month with warranty included in my monthly installment. I am driving around with a car that is idling like a truck and does not pick up speed. This car is going back as is,will rather pay ubers to drive me around than waste my money every month. My advice to everyone, if you do not want to waste your money every month, stay far away from these people.
Im working offs****. Made a complaint regarding a car dealer. Send them an email stating that phone calls won't work. Email is the only way for my communication. They do not reply to mails. This is really frustrating. I need action asap and nothing is happening. This is the last week I will wait after this im cancelling my membership.

Reported a claim. They tell me to take my damage equipment for damage report. I ask for them to send me a quality contoller and they refused. Moved my previous insurance to them based on good reviews and recommend by friends. They have poor service and not helpful at all. Rather take your money elsewhere.
