Had to make changes on my policy and BRANDON DURRHEIM helped me, great service and helped me quickly with no issues, good job Brandon, keep it up.

Still worst service
This is 3rd review and still nothing done or fixed, paying for 100mps line and receiving now under 10mps. I cant work or do anything online as network always hanging or to slow. I ask why do we pay for fast up and downloads if we not receiving anything. When you do get through to their call centre all they can say is to reboot and check again and stay on line till signal beter but next day its back to below 10mps, can we start getting credit for MPS we not getting.

STILL WORST FEEDBACK AND AFTER SALES
Still poor after sales service, reported Renee two weeks ago and she did respond but to hand in our mashine and cant give time frame how long it will be away. Also dont have any loan units as this is my income that she is taking away and also its one the 6 units not working and the rest is fine. The Hydro Dermabrasion Diamond Microdermabrasion Facial , Skin Care Device Aqua Peel Machine one unit stopped working, skin scrubber and still shock when being used, like electrical shock and could not use mashine any more. She wants to sell me replacement unit and we must try from there, no technition like her web page says nor does she want to send unit to me to test as I spend thousands of rands allready on system not working 100%. Their web site states WHY CHOSE US? Direct contact and relationship with your sales representative. One year warranty on all machines. Servicing and technical support is provided. Help, support and advice from the sales staff can be given at any time from techniques to advertising ideas or general information. You will be provided with everything you need to promote your new treatments. All our sales representatives have extensive knowledge on slimming and beauty treatments.

SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE
Really poor after sales service, bought two machines and delivery was great and all but when the Hydro Dermabrasion Diamond Microdermabrasion Facial , Skin Care Device Aqua Peel Machine one unit stopped working, skin scrubber, I made contact with Renee. Then the scrubber started to shock when being used, like electrical shock and could not use mashine any more. Send videos and messages to Renee in Feb 2024 and at first she responded but now 3 weeks later nothing back and machine still not working and losing income as can not do any work with it. Their web site states WHY CHOSE US? Direct contact and relationship with your sales representative. One year warranty on all machines. Servicing and technical support is provided. VOX Telecom
Yet again we pay for 100mbps and still just receive 20/25mbps, and the feedback is to reset our router. We cant watch any movies, series or work from home and currently using my phone hotspot to connect as VOX non excisting and poor.

Worse service ever.
Vox is taking our money, we pay for 100 mps per month but only receive between 10 and 30 mps, no credit or nothing. When phoning call centre all they say is that i have to reboot and they will do the same on their side, but nothing changes. Service and signal worse ever.....

Once again my internet speed is terrible (1 to 5 mbps when i should be getting around 100mbps what I pay for). Made calls, send mail, chatted on WhatsApp and all said to reboot and after that still the same. I work from home and have solar so no power problems but cant even work as speed very poor and after service even worse.

Sunshine Solar Power poor service
Again Sunshine Solar Power did not keep up with their promises. Their system still not working 100%, I have added extra panels and paid, added bigger invertor and paid and still battery don’t work. They say that inverter and Battery can’t connect but they sold me the system. Still I have not received COC for installation and only one DB board with all breakers inside that is not according to specs. They also said they will come and remove my system because not working now for 3 months and rebate me but still up to date not responding on any of my messages. Bad service
Good day all, please be aware that these guys service is not creat and systems dont work. They installed system that i had to add panels, changed and paid for bigger invertor and also battery. System still not working and they seem to not get it done. We been without power for 3 days and system seems not to work and they cant fix or come up with sullotion. Still waiting for COC and electrical box is wrong as it needs two different boxes as not all can be in same box. Please ask and ill share photos of work done on my house.
