I took a R30 electricity advance on the 10/05/2026 and yesterday, 14/05/2026 I purchased R40 and they took all of it. I went on a chat and they said they’d escalate and resolve within 24hrs and took my email address. Today, the 15/05/2026 I buy R20 electricity and they deduct that too. I am now in the dark with a newborn baby and no resolution from BluAdvance, just a bunch of automated responses sent to me the entire day. To top it all off, I can not even take an advance while they fix their error, what a terrible service!!! If my baby dies, I will sue you!!
I was just at KFC Graaff-Reinet, what a poor service!!! I’ve just had order number 1400 and my bus almost left me because the staff look like they just woke up and on top of that, no one is at the tills for cash customers. (I paid with card so I finished first) I waited until I asked for something else but instead of that burger that was apparently the holdup, after waiting for so long that guy decided to refund me for food and leave me with a cold drink alone which I left at the counter. So basically I waited for a crusher which the cashier is probably enjoying now!! @KFC this is a disgrace!
