I took a R30 electricity advance on the 10/05/2026 and yesterday, 14/05/2026 I purchased R40 and they took all of it. I went on a chat and they said they’d escalate and resolve within 24hrs and took my email address. Today, the 15/05/2026 I buy R20 electricity and they deduct that too. I am now in the dark with a newborn baby and no resolution from BluAdvance, just a bunch of automated responses sent to me the entire day. To top it all off, I can not even take an advance while they fix their error, what a terrible service!!! If my baby dies, I will sue you!!

These people are ****mers so I took 50rand advance last year 2025 and paid it off but from that time I pad it off everytime I buy electricity on my meter it get deducted emailed them no response until this year 2026 they called me back and said thy had resolved their system was hacked but I ddnt get my units I lost then now 7 may 2026 I received an sms saying I owe 1800 the same amount I was told I owe last year again before thy resolved it I called them this afternoon and the lady said that I have to pay that amount cz the vendors we buy from sometimes borow it on our behalf I explained that I buy with my bank or shoprite how is it possible she couldn't give me an answer I called back again a guy picked up said it's because their system had a fault it's not making sense but he says I must pay that amount this is ****** how do I owe 1800rands when their limit I can get is 50rand . I want to even report this company and sue them they are ********s

very bad service no response to emails and queries, no response on whatts app, took electricity advance on capitec app for R50 never recieved the token, logged a query no response and i see many people are complaining about the same issue ,these are ****mers

This is a useless company. Their whatsapp AI is smoking drugs or something. It can't locate my meter nr. I have not received my token to get my units and I've already paid my advance of R50. No office nr to call, the only communication they offer is email which they probably will never reply when one sends them an email and that stupid whatsapp service that is stuck on stupid

Blue advance have been deducting money from me for electricity advance at four occasions but my balance is R0.00 i tried solving the issues through their whats app channel which is pathetic. They apparently log a ticket for my query it's been five days and no one have reached out to me yet.
