This is a useless company. Their whatsapp AI is smoking drugs or something. It can't locate my meter nr. I have not received my token to get my units and I've already paid my advance of R50. No office nr to call, the only communication they offer is email which they probably will never reply when one sends them an email and that stupid whatsapp service that is stuck on stupid

Blue advance have been deducting money from me for electricity advance at four occasions but my balance is R0.00 i tried solving the issues through their whats app channel which is pathetic. They apparently log a ticket for my query it's been five days and no one have reached out to me yet.

Waiting to receive my electricity tokens of R130 , I am ****ed !!!!! GOOD DAY I'AM EXTREMELY UPSET AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY TOLERANT WITH YOUR COMPANY. I HAVE LOGGED MY REQUEST FROM FRIDAY EVENING TO YOUR WHATSAPP NUMBER WHERE A GUY OR PERSON( NOT EVEN SURE IF ITS AUTOMATED ) HAVE SUPPOSEDLY LOGGED MY REQUEST WITH YOUR SUPPORT DEPARTMENT, PLEASE SEE BELOW AND NOTE MY QUERY. 1)I HAD AN OUTSTANDING ADVANCE OF R30 AND WHEN I PURCHASED ELECTRICITY VIA CAPITEC BANKING APP ON THE 23RD JAN ( FRIDAY EVENING )IT TOOK THE R30 WITHOUT GIVING A TOKEN WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE I ASSUMED MY ADVANCE HAS BEEN REPAID. 2) I THEN BOUGHT 3 MORE R30 VOUCHERS AND 2 MORE R20 VOUCHERS AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANYONE OF THOSE TOKENS. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Blue Advance. Even though I last took an advance in August 2025 and have fully repaid it, they continue to deduct a portion of my purchases. For example, if I buy R300 worth of electricity, they deduct R150, and if I buy R200, they deduct R100. This unnecessary deduction is frustrating and feels unfair. Additionally, their customer support is difficult to reach, and the AI chat isn’t helpful at all.

I have been using Bluadvance for emergency top up on electricity for over 3 years. Recently moved out of my apartment and to my shock i OWE them over R1500. Sad part is current tenant is struggling to buy electricity with the meter number. I have sent over 60 messages on their whatsapp chat bot, (AI) no one bothers to call me or respond either than the AI response. They emails are also not responded. Called Blulabel call center manager Refilwe said she can't help me. I need to know what is happening and more over i need to get this sorted as it's not fair on the new tenant. BLUADVANCE PLEASE AKNOWLEDGE ME AND CALL ME OR RESPOND TO MY EMAILS

I am very disappointed with blu advance services. I had taken an advance of R50 i paid my advance by purchasing electricity from my capitec app of which both transactions were app**** on the advance debt as i didn’t receive an voucher number. When i tried to take out another R50 advance it says i have an outstanding. What happened to the one i paid? Why is Blu advance now robbing us because this is daylight *******. I have reported this on their platforms but no solution was given.
