very bad service no response to emails and queries, no response on whatts app, took electricity advance on capitec app for R50 never recieved the token, logged a query no response and i see many people are complaining about the same issue ,these are ****mers
Sunday 18.02.2024 i went to Ackermans Alex Mall ,i got there at 8:55am and the store was meant to open at 09:00.There were already other customers waiting as well. The store didnt open at 9 at around 09:05 while we peeped through the glass walls we could see there were people inside . At 09:10 a lady came and opened the door while she was chewing some food ,she opened the door and she didnt greet us the only thing she said was "you can go in"no apology whatsoever. When we got to the tills there was one cashier and the other 2 cashiers were busy coounting float. They clearly have no respect for their customers,when we were about to exit the door the same lady who opened the shop was standing by the door and she was still eating or chewing,she just asked to check the slip and we left. Im so dissapointed as the staff didnt apologise for making us wait outside without opening on time and the kind of attitude they displayed clearly they dont care.
We ordered groceries from Makro Germiston 9nlineand they delivered on the 29th of November 2023 with many items missing. We notified them the very same day and were told the remaining goods will be delivered in 48 hours. Its almost 2 weeks now no delivery only empty promises everyday. Calling their call centre is a nightmare,you stay on the line forever and when they answer its either they disconnect the call or they put you on hold forever while they say thy are busy checking,if you request for a call back they promise to call but they dont bother. I have lost hope,Makro is very imcompetent i dont even know if we will get our items,extremely dissapointed.I have soent so muchvon airtime tryingcto call them only to be placed on hold for a goid 15 to 20 minutes until i hung up or get disconnected
MC Donalds Yeoville staff is always friendly,there is no day i have been to Mc Donald YEOVILLE and got bad service, i recently went to mc donalds yeoville and was served by a friendly lady,all of your staff are very friendly,well done guys#SupportLocal
i recently visited Nebank in ****arney Mall, the entire staff is friendly and efficient, the lady who assisted me, explained and answered all my questions to my satisfaction,the level of service at NEDBANK is amazing. #BlackFriday.
This is my 3rd time posting on this platform,FNB still hasnt recieved my query ,on friday the 18th of jan ,your consultant Sibongile Malewana said my money will be paid back in 48hours ,i stil havent recieved my money,today i sat on the phone for over an hour being transfered from one department to another ,your consultants are clueless,now im being told i must use the funds on my credit card because you want to charge me interest,i dont want your money,i want my money ,i paid a 1000 on the 11th of jan towards my credit card and on the 14th of jan u debited my cheque account ,i called and waited for 4 days for funds to be reversed on the 17th funds were reversed R962,on the 18th you took that money again,when i called i was told its a system glitch i wil get my money in 48hours now im told to use funds from the credit card,FNB you are thieves,you steal from your customers,pay back my money
I loged a query this morning regarding FNB debiting my account towards an FNB credit card,as i explained on my previous query for two years i did not know FNB has a compulsory debit order because i have been doing direct deposits at the ATM without any problems,the problem is only when i have money in my FNB cheque account they will always debit my account even though i have paid them ,when i call them they will then tell me to reverse it,so on my previous query i loged this morning i explained that a consultant managed to reverse my money back to my account yesterday,but today to my suprise they still went ahead and took my the same amount again whereas they recieved the cash payment, a consultant called me today by the name of SIBONGILE MALEWANA REF: ********** she told me it was a system glitch but insisted the debit order is compulsory,she insisted that FNB sends sms to customers about debit order ,i was placed on hold for close to 5 minutes while she say she was checking an sms that i might have acknowledged this debit order only to come back and said she cant find the sms,i then asked to have my money paid back to my account today as i need to go and pay my son's uniforms at school today,she told it might take 48hours i wasnt happy about waiting another 48hours after waiting from monday for the funds to be paid back,what really ****ed me off is the way she responded by saying ,they cant give me special treament as all customers are the same as if i asked for special treament,all i asked for was my money as FNB admits they had asystem glitch,i think thats very rude to be told i cannot be given special treatment(those were the words she used please listen to the call recording,i told her i dont need any special treament ,i want my money as im being inconvenienced,clearly you dont train your consultants how to be polite to your customers,so i asked her who wil be liable of debit order rejection and these reversals as this is not my fault,i get my salary through FNB,are you going to try and deduct this money again whereas i have paid you and FNB please tell me who will cover the charges for debit order rejection because of your system technical fault as i was told by her,im so dissapointed and lost hope with FNB ,is that how you handle complaints ,i need my money paid back in my account ,its an inconvenience for me,i dont see the point of loging the query as my problem is still not resolved,i wil move my salary to another bank,i wouldnt have agreed to be debited between the 12th to the 16th as i only get paid last day of the month,how come this was never explained to me ,how come you accept ATM depoits as payments whereas you say your debit order is compulsory,you have failed me FNB,please pay back my 962.05 IMMEDIATELY,
I have a credit card with FNB which i have had for more than two years ,i ahve never set a debit order for this card,i always make direct deposit by the ATM,on the 11th of Jan 2018 i deposited a thousand rand into my credit acrd a smy payment was due on the 14th ,on the 14th FNB deducted 962.05 from my Fnb cheque card towards the credit card,i called them and wa stold teh payment is stil pending i must wait for it to clear,what an inconvenience,i waited 3 days and called the call center the money was reversed back to my cheque account,today the 18th of jan again FNB still went and took that money again,i have asked several consultants no one has answersmmy payment history wil lshow that i lways pay by the ATM,but whenever ther is funds in my FNB cheque account FNB alway stake my money and when i call tehm tehy tell me to reverse it sometimes ,at one stage it was paid back to my credit crad meaning when i us ethe fund sit will be like im using the funds from teh credit card and im the one liable for the interest chargesmFNB you are stealing form your customers,this is the 3rd time you are doing thi sna dim not getting answers,funny enough when they debit my account my outstanding balance doesnt decrease nad they dont give me more credit but when i pay via ATM they stil add more money on my card and my outstanding balance decrease so clearly they are stealing form tehir customers,i stil have a debit oder that i didnt reverse last year and teh oustanding balance didnt decrease ,i wa stold to give it few more days nothing happens,i wil print my statement and log a case for that,so now who wil be reliabel for the debit order rejection fees a si have never set a debit order with them,i get paid last day of the month my credit card payment is due in the middle of the month so i would never set a debit order for the,where do i keep my money then if my bank is failing me,whenever there is funds in my account FNB alway sdebit my account even though i hav epaid them,who wil cover the costs,end of month my salary wil go in they wil lstil take this 962,this will be my last month of having my salary paid to FNB, once or twice i ahve skippe dmy payment with a day or two how come i never recieve sms that say your debit oredr didnt go through if i really had one with you,FNB STOP STEALING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS
