It now clearly seems that being a long standing client is of no value. I was informed that someone would get in touch with me. Clearly not the case. Oh well, maybe other networks will appreciate the business
I was informed that someone would get in touch with me, but clearly this ain't happening. So basically, this is kinda a review about a review. What's the point Vodacom, for making false promises. So unhappy with the way commitment to them over the years has gone so south.
It is so disheartening that the increases to my account have been **********. Clearly there is absolutely no loyalty to long term customers and /or relationships. I wonder why some suppliers seemingly want to chase people away.
It has been unbearable to think how much they hike my payments per month. 14.4% is just ridiculous. As a very long standing client of Vodacom, it is amazing that one's discount structure can simply be ripped from underneath one's feet. Clearly NO POINTS for loyalty to the customer. I will definitely not accept being ********** like this anymore
Complete utter disbelief at how they left my mom for nearly 7hrs. I have never been so let down by any company as much as this one. Hey folks, think more than twice when choosing an ambulance service for precious loved ones
