Pathetic service
I wrote exams in November 2025 for EISA Occupational Health and Safety to date I received no feedback on the results. I sent several emails requesting feedback and to date I received no response.

Poor service
The worst service received from Oxbridge/ Water school of business. I app**** for my diploma in April 2024 to date I Get no feedback from them. I have made several attempts to follow up however I get no response.

I experienced while attempting to write my External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) for the Occupational Certificate: Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner on 2 October 2025.On 16 September 2025, I received a letter confirming my registration for the EISA assessment. The letter clearly indicated the venue as:Abafundi Training and Technology,17 Hutchison Road, Umbilo, Durban.As I reside in Dundee, KwaZulu-Natal, I travelled over 400 km to Durban to ensure I arrived at the correct venue on time. However, on the morning of the examination, at 07:54, I received a WhatsApp message from cellphone number 076 328 4978, advising me that the correct venue was instead LG4 Umdoni Centre, 22 Crompton Street, Pinetown.In good faith, I immediately drove to that address, even though I was already at the initial venue. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no college at that location. I was then redirected across the road, only to be told again that I would not be writing at that venue and that I needed to return to town.Throughout this time, I was attempting to communicate with Ms. Lenette Daniel, as I had now been misdirected twice. Following further communication, I returned to the original venue at 17 Hutchison Road, Umbilo, where I was then informed that the college had moved. Ms. Daniel subsequently sent me yet another address, 74 Samora Machel Street (Road Accident Fund Building), Durban.When I arrived at this building, security directed me to the 12th floor, where I was again told there was no such college. I eventually had to navigate the area on foot, in an unfami**** environment, before finally locating the correct venue—more than 1 hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled start of the examination.This left me with significantly reduced time (less than two hours) to complete a three-hour paper, which has placed me at a severe disadvantage through no fault of my own. Pathetic service
I studied with Oxbridge since 2018. I completed my N6 and app**** for my diploma to be issued. My application was sent to Oxbridge with the relevant POE’s in April 2024 to date I have not received my diploma. I made several follow ups with Oxbridge and last week when I sent an email again enquiring about the status of my diploma I was told to contact department of education. I studied with Oxbridge and paid Oxbridge not department of education. I made the mistake of studying with them again I studied Occupation health and health. I am left with writing my exam. In January 2025 I app**** to write my exam in July 2025. To my surprise after several enquiries with them I did not write as they say that they didn’t get a response from where the application were submitted. I was promised I will write in October but guess what I’m sending emails requesting confirmation of me writing but I’m getting no response. I feel it’s unfair as I have paid my fees up for both courses only to get this poor service. I have read on Facebook on a group for Diploma issued by DHET people have app**** for their diploma in February 2025 and they have been issued with their’s. So I ask what has Oxbridge done with my application.
