Poor aftersales service
I bought a watch that was listed under ladies, only to find that it's a men's watch upon delivery. I sent enquiries to return the watch and get my refund to no success. I keep getting ignored yet communication was great when I placed my order. I will absolutely rate them bad everywhere until I can to get their attention and get my refund! Their aftersales customer service is very POOR!

Totally unsatisfied!
Poor service Used their services but they never returned to fix the mistake they made. I have tried communicating with them on WhatsApp and email, they read my complaints and never respond. Poor poor service. Totally dissatisfied. They have reported my review. I thought to write another one. I will not be silenced!

****mers of note. I ordered bedside tables online. They weren't flagged that they were out of stock. When I called to enquire about my order, they told me the bedside tables are out of stock. I asked for a refund and they never paid my refund.

Customer service was bad
Customer service was bad. I constantly had to follow up about my order with the automated bot for about 10 days after I placed my order, to find get a tracking number and other details but with no useful info about the way forward. I checked other reviews, and only to find that their items never arrived months after placing their orders and that gave me a scare that I might have been scammed as well. This is due to the poor and very slow communication.
