Totally unsatisfied!
Poor service Used their services but they never returned to fix the mistake they made. I have tried communicating with them on WhatsApp and email, they read my complaints and never respond. Poor poor service. Totally dissatisfied. They have reported my review. I thought to write another one. I will not be silenced!

Carport
Lack of business ethics, their service is very poor and very expensive but con not keep promising my carport was installed in March 2021 and is licking I've been calling chatting with them but nothing was done even now, but their tell ppls that two years guaranteed

Kasi shade its a scam
Kasi shade services are very poor and appalling ,they lacks business ethics and integrity. We contracted them to build a shelter at our home, they suggested that we use their most expensive material because they are of great quality seeing that there was a little difference from what we initially had installed previously, we went ahead and had it installed however one month later it rained and the shelter was terribly destroyed.when we contacted them they refused to take responsibility and said we should claim from house insurance. They did not deliver on their promise and its obvious that they used poor materials.They are scamming people of their hard earned money, they have no remorse and i won't advise anyone to use their services.

Fraudulent behavior
I am disgusted and in regret that this recommendation is providing horrible service. 60% deposit was sent it’s been 3 weeks and no work has been done and suddenly the numbers are not going through.

Arrogance beyond measure "disgust" poor professionalism
very arrogant salesman by the name of Mike , came late to my home premises for inspection on my skylight repairs, took his time to get out of the vehicle and when he did , did not even apologize came with a little car , asked me how he is too get up there to inspect damages , stood around while i had to source a ladder, called the monday to find out whether he knew what the extent of damages were and what it would cost me . He said and i quote "My boss said that we do not do Roodepoort area, so if he says so then i listen" So my question is why in the hell to you then come to the Roodepoort area in the first place !!!!i would highly advise that people keep their distance from people like this ,
