Poor Customer Service Experience at Shoprite Mall of the South On May 1, 2025, at 14:57, I visited Shoprite at Mall of the South (Store G248, Reg 015, Txn 291). As a regular customer, I was disappointed with the service I received. The Issue I purchased a Box Doll 30Cm, paid for it, and left the store. However, I forgot the doll on the counter, and the cashier didn't notice. When I realized my mistake at home (20km away), I had to return to the store. The Service When I spoke to the manager, I was met with unfriendly service. Despite explaining the inconvenience, she seemed unconcerned and even laughed in front of other customers. When I asked for reimbur*****t for my petrol costs, she refused, saying it's not their policy. My Concerns - Lack of attention to detail by the cashier -Security did not pay attention when she was checking my slip - Unfriendly and unempathetic service from the manager so called Kensane - Refusal to understand my situation or offer assistance Expectation I hope Shoprite will take steps to improve customer service and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. Kasi shade services are very poor and appalling ,they lacks business ethics and integrity. We contracted them to build a shelter at our home, they suggested that we use their most expensive material because they are of great quality seeing that there was a little difference from what we initially had installed previously, we went ahead and had it installed however one month later it rained and the shelter was terribly destroyed.when we contacted them they refused to take responsibility and said we should claim from house insurance. They did not deliver on their promise and its obvious that they used poor materials.They are scamming people of their hard earned money, they have no remorse and i won't advise anyone to use their services.
