In my recent plight to get my paid up investment I sent an email with a completed form to old mutual. To my surprise they rep**** to me with another person's personal information. MALHERBE DION FRANCOIS, ID 6304285074084. If this is how old mutual protect customers information by sending these documents to other people then I am very worried about everyone's personal information. I am really sick and tied begging old mutual to release my money. If I was dead and my family was seeking my benefits with old mutual,i shall not wonder what they would be doing to my family. It's about time people see the true quality with old mutual and I suggest to change because they don't have a clue what's happening.
I bought from checkers st John's in pinetown a can to try on my rims, as per salesman I followed instructions and to my dismay it didn't work. I daviise people not to but this product. I spent R200 for nothing
We had a very bad experience at Ned bank bluff. My wife made an investment and was assisted by the bank person to do the investment on a banking app. It was a few days later that we checked and didn't find any money transfered into that account. My wife approached the bank only for them to be more lost for words as they couldn't find the money nor the investment number. We spent a few hours at the bank to resolve this and eventually the money was alocted to Cape Town. So my question is that if banking apps are so reliable why did this happen and what steps is Ned bank going to take to assure it customers that their money is safe. As customers we trust institute like banks to be reliable but not in this case. So we are not investing in Ned bank because lost our trust with our money. I would like to inform others to be very vigilant with their investment and banks.
I celebrated my 33rd Anniversary at John Dory bluff and was shocked how friendly the managers was. They where so happy, excited and warm in their tiring job but spent time with my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. I have eaten Alot out and this treatment was exceptional. They deserve a Bells, for not employees but true gentleman, Simpewe and thumbuso, I am sorry if spelling is incorrect. I will forever dine there, they made sure our food was served hot and timeously. I am very satisfied with the service and unexpected warm welcome. Keep it up.
I don't have Alot of money but when I do, then I look for a bank that can give me good returns. ABSA bluff is the worse bank to do business with. On Saturday 15th,on our 33rd Anniversary, I sent my wife to invest in ABSA Bank our money, to my shocking surprise, she was rudely turned away because the man who helped her previous by the name of Lance, told her to come back and don't join Que when she wanted to invest our money. On this day he sat in his office and told his receptionist/customer service person, he don't take walk-ins and my wife must join the long Que. As frustrating as it was I told my wife ABSA don't need our money and must go to Ned bank where they openly accepted my wife first class service. We invested all our savings with them and was disgusted with the way Lance treat her as a customer.
My RA is due, and I have sent them emails to get my money. They responded by saying I have two ID number and I must go to SARS. Which I have done, and waited 21 days for a virtual call from SARS. My tax number was sorted and I sent them a mail. But since March I have not heard from them. It's pathetic that we policy holders must wait longer to get paid yet our money is making them rich with interest. My policy number is 0012027705
Based on my last review, I only had one feedback and since then no other correspondance. It seems like we policy holders are not treated with respect after years long service. I still didn't get the feedback I required nor any hopes of getting my RA money. People working from homes are just excuses of people doing work but I am the case where nobody cares to respond to me.
Poor service, no correspondence, lack of intelligent people. My Policy is not honoured as I turned retirement age and they never give my money. Sent emails numerously buy no response. Can't get hold of one responsible person to actually give any hope of getting my money due to me. Scanned documents and still no response. Pathetic.
A reputable home loans insurance company ABSA employs shady suppliers to install geysers for their so call customers. Neither ABSA nor the shady installers can be contacted for claim. Pathetic service. And we have to pay more interest to feed these incompetent companies.
Too good to be true. Initially all looked legit but after 4 months when you try to query anything, their fones are off. You are left with 4 months of more debts.These People just know who to *****, the poor. Hope my money buys you endless nights of grief.
