Cancelled contract within the 10 days provided. Since 25/10/2022 still no cancellation and still no feedback. Linked to MTN so this must indicate that they don't care about resolving anything. Was promised 72 hours for cancellation. New billing starts and the only thing that could be said is “we apologise for the inconvenience”. I guess I have to call in again to be told no feedback. Its difficult to be polite on this platform when a company is not serious.
I am not sure if sending a complaint is even worth it. Service is poor, internet banking is a nightmare and not to even speak about online client service. Up and down between branches because internet banking isn't working and their online department cant even do the effort to assist and thats after waiting almost a week for a response.
