Travel agency not delivering on contract and promises
The Company did travel packages for the WC Rugby. They did a deal with us but then wanted us to pay more and with less benefits as according to them the price for the package changed?. At the end of the day I paid because of the urgency to get everything like VISAS and travel arrangements done.The MD agreed they made a mistake but will fix it. When I requested a refund for the part that I overpaid, they went quiet. I have had no response despite sending E-mails, leaving messages on their cell phones, whatsapp messages etc. I now need to go legal on them which I will do in principal but does not benefit anyone. Be very aware of what agencies promise and what you get.

Service and product is terrible
Their respond time is very slow or don't respond at all, machines keep on breaking, they over priced,. Always some fine print that is never disclosed up front.
