Outstanding service from start to finish! We purchased bulk rugby tickets for the SA vs. Aus match in Cape Town in the VIP suite. Sportsnation delivered on everything they promised — from prime seating to clear and detailed event information. Having previously experienced the challenges of Cape Town’s rugby ticketing system with another company, we know how stressful it can be when things go wrong at the last minute. Dishonest ****** - poor sportsmanship
Bought Rugby tickets through Sportnation for a group of friends for the Springboks vs All Blacks rugby match at DHL Statium in Cape Town. Never received the tickets and they are not paying any refund - thousands of rands! useless company, do not trust.

Never received rugby tickets from Sportsnation
Aquired Rugby tickets through Sportnation for a group of friend for the Springboks vs All Blacks rugby match at DHL Statium in Cape Town. Never received the tickets. It was hugely dissapointing as some of my friends booked accomodation and traveled from Johanesburg for the match. We are struggling to get the refund from them and will have to go the legal route.

We bought bulk tickets for the Springboks vs NZ game on Greenpoint stadium. Never received the tickets and they are currently refusing to refund us. Absolute **** and starting with legal action against them.

Travel agency not delivering on contract and promises
The Company did travel packages for the WC Rugby. They did a deal with us but then wanted us to pay more and with less benefits as according to them the price for the package changed?. At the end of the day I paid because of the urgency to get everything like VISAS and travel arrangements done.The MD agreed they made a mistake but will fix it. When I requested a refund for the part that I overpaid, they went quiet. I have had no response despite sending E-mails, leaving messages on their cell phones, whatsapp messages etc. I now need to go legal on them which I will do in principal but does not benefit anyone. Be very aware of what agencies promise and what you get.
