Nedbank Sea Point branch (The Point Mall), your service is shocking!!! Look at the google reviews for this branch, same complaints but nothing gets done!! you walk into the branch and no staff member even acknowledges you, long queue of people just staring at each other not knowing what to do, not one cashier at the cash desk, waited over 30 minutes and NO HELP from no one....... Something needs to be done about this branch URGENTLY, they are giving Nedbank a bad name.......why bank with a bank that has zero customer service and cant even serve or acknowledge their customers. It is not a case of the bank being busy, there is no staff around to help!!!! where are they, sitting at the back sipping tea while everyone is waiting patiently to just be acknowledged
What I ordered vs what was delivered is an absolute joke. They mislead the public with **** photos of what the item looks like. I emailed one of the directors this morning, he read my email with zero acknowledgement or response. Just shows the quality of people leading the company, as long as we make them rich they don't care.......shocking!!!
Nedbank AVO is an absolute waste of money....with all the bad reviews and zero response to any, Nedbank is this how you treat your clients, with a really bad service offered. You don't honour purchases yet take the money for them and then let your clients fight for refunds. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Shocking customer service, they incorrectly take charges off your credit but refuse to issue a credit bavk to the card, only a credit on Lift Wallet which is useless as this is the first and will be the last time flying with this airline. Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Customer Service is shocking, Mothame you need training. Clarins has no loyalty to long standing customers who have supported them for years!!

As "exclusive" as Woolworths pertains to be, their customer service is beyond pathetic. I made an immediate payment into my store card using my credit card at the V&A Waterfront branch. When I looked at the receipt I saw the payment was not reflecting (which on every other occasion it has), I went back to the teller and she told me sometimes it takes 24 hours to reflect. After 24 hours it was still not reflecting, I called the store and they told me to phone Woolworths head office which I did, they then told me to go back to the store which I did (40km away - now driven twice) to be told they cant do anything I must phone financial services AGAIN, I called them from the store and their manager sent them the proof of payment (from the store and I verified with the manager the payment gone off my bank account), was told it will take another 24 hours to reflect. Today is 9 DAYS later and after NUMEROUS calls to the head office and EMPTY PROMISES of calling me back and that it will be escalated.....NOTHING!!! The amount of airtime I have wasted making numerous calls and some holding on for more than 20 minutes to just be cut off - with still NO call back, every called I made I have asked to speak to the manager - they are always not available and "will call right back" but NOTHING. What do you have to do to get service that we PAY DEARLY FOR!!!!!! 9 days and still counting.......... BEYOND PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC No interest from the store manager at the V&A Waterfront either!!!!! CEO what do you say??
Please becareful when banking with Tymebank, your personal information and your money is NOT safe!!! I received a call from "Tymebank" and the person I spoke to confirmed all my personal information including, my full name, ID number, bank card number and when and what was my last transaction - then proceeded to ***** R3500 out of my account. Tymebank is taking no responsibility - how did this person have ALL my Tymebank information. I immediately called Tymebank to confirm this person and was then told it is *****, if they had reversed the transactions immediately it might have saved my money, but 9 days later of course that person has used it!!!! Tymebank is an absolute joke. I was told they have a backlog of ***** cases.....go figure!!
I would like to commend Sizwe Khambule from Outsurance Pet Insurance, he has been handling my claims for a chronic condition with regards to my dog. From the start his service has been nothing but excellent and super efficient. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Outsurance Pet Insurance as a whole has been such a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them.
