**** Laundry Liquid
This isn't for the multipurpose cleaner but for the laundry liquid bought via Takealot. I do not want it and Takealot refused to refund it despite the return logged on the day it was delivered. The laundry liquid smells like window cleaner and it's thin and cheap.

Don't buy from this company
Don't be fooled by the thousands of five-star reviews. I cancelled an order after reading the negative reviews and decided not to waste my money. The order was cancelled immediately, but Payflex wasn't informed and my enquires were subsequently ignored on WhatsApp. It's been almost a week and Payflex still hasn't been notified. I will be forced to pay for products I didn't want. Don't buy from them.

Great Service
The Kooi Athlete Mattress was sold out and Adrian Meyer of the Bellville branch offered me the Hospitality Mattress at no extra cost. Very happy with the service, and I love the firmness of the mattress. It's good quality and will last for many, many years.

Different Fragrance In Tester & Full Bottle
I have had a complicated experience with this business and that's why I've hesitated so long to write this review. First of all, their customer service is absolutely top-notch, the deliveries happen fast and the owner responds quickly and efficiently to concerns, even on Saturdays. Bought a sample set because I'm finicky about fragrances and wanted to do test runs before committing to full bottles. Found two fragrances that I was crazy about, two testers marked White Oud and White Musk. The White Musk was particularly strong and lasted for days on my skin. It lasted on my clothes through multiple laundry cycles. The White Oud was my second favourite, and I planned on buying that at a later date, but I was as excited as a kid on Christmas to get my full bottle of White Musk. It finally came, but to my disappointment, was a completely different fragrance to what was in the tester. I did several smell tests and comparisons with the other testers in the sample set, and also had three other fresh noses do it for control. All of them agreed that it wasn't the same fragrance. I collaborated with the owner, who said it was the first time that something like this happened, and he offered to replace and/or refund. I offered to send back to him so that he could do his own comparisons. The White Musk tester was almost empty because I was very liberal with it, so I emptied the bottle into another container, and inserted a piece of tissue paper to absorb the fragrance. The owner asked me what my second favourite fragrance was, and then I sent the sample kit back. I was extremely disappointed when the owner got back to me a day or two later and told me that he did a comparison with his own staff and insisted that the oil in the White Musk tester bottle was the same as the fragrance in the full bottle of White Musk. He did respond brilliantly, though, by refunding me for both the sample kit and the full bottle of White Musk, which I kept, and also sent me a free bottle of White Oud. They advised me to use a bit more of the White Musk, which I did, but it still wasn't the same fragrance. This was a wonderful outcome, far more than I expected, but still, I can't help but still be disappointed. I recently did another smell test with different friends and family members with what was left of the White Musk tester against what was in the full bottle, and they all agreed that it's not the same fragrance. The White Oud is lovely, but it's not the same as what was in that tester. I compared it to the tester oil, too, and the latter is far more potent than the former. I will never know which fragrance was in that tester bottle. I will buy White Oud from them again, and I'll do it before my full bottle of Oud is finished so that I can compare the two.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I don't recommend them at all. Bought things on 20 December, they kept stringing me along because of public holidays - first telling me that there are delays with their supplier, then that it will be delivered the following week, then that they're checking with the procurement team, and finally that they're not going to get the products back in stock. Had the nerve to offer me a "store credit!" Why the *** would I take a store credit? I had to chase every single response and then they had the gall to tell me I shouldn't be upset and refunds take seven business days. Never again.

Good service
Bought the sample kit. Delivery was fast, customer service excellent. The longevity is great, but sadly none of the fragrances stand out to me so I won't be buying a full bottle.

Takealot IS *****
Takealot's processes and systems have gone down the drain. I got a far inferior product than expected, then had to return it for a refund, specifying return to the original payment method. The parcel was picked up on the Monday morning, but by Tuesday evening it wasn't showing on my tracking. I asked why this was the case, only to be told that it takes 2-3 business days for a return to show. In the past, they would've just refunded my card and closed the return request. But if I didn't check my account today, I would've never gotten that money back because these MFs decided that Payfast is an EFT option and they would just leave it as a credit on my Takealot account "in case" I wanted to spend money with them again. I wasn't even informed that I needed to do their work for them and send the money back to my account myself. It would've just sat there. It's their sneaky way of forcing customers to re-spend whatever they wanted back, with them. I've got exactly one more item I'm going to buy from them because I can't find it in the stores, but after that, I'm never buying from them again. I'll rather import and pay customs fees to Amazon. Can't wait for them to actually set up their operation here.

Product OK
Not happy with the courier they use because it doesn't deliver to my home, I have to pick it up from the depot. Product, however, is fine for now.
