The worst experience i've ever had claiming from my funeral policy. firstly the contact person i got was not interested in assisting me with claiming for the death, she was just interested in selling another cover. secondly, i eventually got hold of the contact centre number and they informed me of the required documents, which i emailed immediately thats on the 20th October. on the 21st October I call to check progress they tell me they have not received my documents. i am very disapointed with the service i got from Old Mutual i will never recommend to anyone. thirdly the contact centre staff needs some bit of training, theres no courtesy or empathy whatsover
My cell phone was ****** and the sim card which i have been using since 2017 could not be sim swapped because they say the number does not belong to me. I have made an affidavit and gathered enough proof including bank personal details that confirms that the number was used to open my bank account. I cannot believe that there is no solution to my dilemma. I really need that number it is my life line
The company does not even deserve 1 start. It is practically a ****. Can Hello peter please alert potential customers. Except for 1 product they promised. Almost all what they sell to clients is false. Can someone tell people out there that Hotelstay.com is a ****
The worst service ever. I took my car for rim repair it has been over a week now for a job that is supposed to be 24 hours. I don't understand why Mi-Way insurance keeps on referring their clients to this place as I am not the only who has complained. The worst type of service ever. I am so furious because of the lack of communication
The response to road side assistance was in less than 20 minutes and they made me feel safe the whole time I was waiting
