Good morning,my Cell C has since listed my name because of the an9be query and I am unable to upgrade or get a new line.of I have been requesting a new line/upgrade for iPhone 15 since May 2026. I last spoke to Ntibi Phohlela while the phones were R549.09, and I was never phoned back. On sunday I phone the contract department, and was advised that that I cannot upgrade or open a new line if my current account was not in good standing. I was then referred to the accounts department, and was advised that the supervisor will contact me to resolve the issue, and can confirm that I was never contacted till to date. Ntibi Phohlela has been of angriest help with assisting with both the banking details issue and an upgrade/new line. The phones are now R599.00, and been trying to buy since they were R549.00. Can cell c do the necessary on their side and ensure that my matter is inveatigated, and get the phones for the previous price as the fault is from your side. My daughter does not trust me anymore, simply because Cell c is not providing the good service as it should. May I please be contacted for new lines, as I need 2 new iPhone 15. Very bad experience, I phoned them between January and Febryary 2026 to change my banking details. The consultant who assisted me advised that all had been changed and in order. Since end February Cell c keeps debiting from my old account, then charge me extra R70.00 for a failed debit. My services have been deactivated for non-payment and it happens every month since February 2026. They fail to investigate,the and I cant keep paying the extra failed debit for something that is not my fault. Been with cell c for over 14 years, never missed any payments, would times settle my contract before due dates. But they still treat me like a piece of useless cloths. Can I have your contract canceled, to enable me to seek an altenative service provider please
I have never had a problem with them...always effetient with deliveries and their website is easy to navigate
I'm very annoyed with cell C insurance. Bought an insurance for my new phone which has 2 sim card slots and advised the consultant accordingly that I wish to insure the new devise as with the number I upgraded on as well as an alternative number in which the initial phone that was contracted on was lost. The consultant went on and also insured the device which was already lost by the time I bought the insurance. I never review my bank statement as 8 have no reason to do so more often seeing that I'm a cautious person when it comes to buying things like insurances and other products that's may result in debits. I have brought this manner to cell c and I'm being questioned a lot whereby I feel that their offices should have information on. They then revert and tell me that, they are unable to refund me my premiums as they need proof that the phone was insured prior to the incidence, honestly speaking I don't even understand their enquiry. I have since exhausted my data and time to have all my premiums refunded as the miskake was with the consultant who never sold the product in the right manner. At this point I await further correspondences from them whether to cancel the insurance prior to a resolution and wait until my claim is resolved. I have firther requested them to retrieve the recordings between myself and the consultant in order to verify my claim and unfortunately I'm waiting in vain as they come back with million questions which are unnecessary. Cell c I want my premiums back from June 2021 until the last day of debit please
