Loberty promenade mall bad service
Unpleasant service i’ve experienced at Liberty Promenade McDonalds. Such a rude girl who showed nonchalant about her behaviour. I placed my order on the self-service and chose the option to pay at the till point. I then went to the till point to make payment but there was no one. I waited and still no one came until i had to ask if i will be assisted or not, this other guy that was calling our orders directed that i came where he was. When i got there i handed my slip but the young girl who was at the till point busy with some writing which i believe paper work shouldnt be done in front where customers will need assistance which is the reason she couldn’t notice that i was standing long to make payment at the till point. She further asisted the lady who was standing there claiming that she came first then i asked how come that her order number comes after mine she carelessly told me that she was infront fair enough, she was in front because there’s no champion on the floor to assist and redirect customers so i ddnt know that that was the till point for people to make payment. I asked her what her name was she shouted her name with attitude and i asked where her name badge was she said she doesnt have i must ask her manager i then asked her to call her manager she just shouted her name and ignored me continuing with her writing, until i had to ask again for the manager she shouted the manager name looking down until a lady who was also not manager came to attend instead she also ddnt know what to do instead just listened to what i was saying. If this is the kind of staff you employ for give customers filthy service then you should think again. Reviews are sent to hello peter but none of the customers are given feedback on such bad service for a big brand.

No humanity yet playing part in raising our kids
Very disappointed with the Vukuthu Centre, on my way to Crèche as I was approaching I saw parents parking cars dropping their kids at school at exactly 08:02 When I got to the school gate was closed I rang the bell and shouted for Teacher even with kids inside could hear as they were repeating after me and I heard a teacher yelling at the kids to stop shouting I stood by the gate for a full good 5 mins with no help, I understand there’s a set time for gate closure but where is humanity to get to the reason of my running late, so we’re perfect not to have emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that might have led to the 2mins late? Had to return home with my child kind you I’m rushing for work there’s no one to look after her, I Got home at 08:08 tried to call the school but with no luck, yes you’re quick to say parents love to complain but we have to because of the school being unreasonable. All schools and even all companies have policies and procedures but kids are accepted even after closure time as no parent would ever bring their child to school late on purpose, you’re a total fail...in the world we live in not sure if the management together with the teachers know there’s high chance in the area where the centre is I could’ve been robbed or hurt whilst standing at the gate begging for them to open, you’re ridiculous.
