Excellent Service from Medihelp and staff

I just want to say thank you to Medihelp for the excellent service i get all the way from Medihelp my mom was 13 years on Bonitas and she changed over to Medihelp and they covered all her chronic meds and oxygen a big shout out to you guys, all Petro Bester from the auth department and all the people that did my moms chronic meds auth. Also a big shout out from the awesome people on the webchat service always there to help and support and also a big shout out for Elmarie Stoddard for your help today you were awesome. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything.

Accounts department problem

I am a customer of gosolr i had problems 2 months and want to make an arrangement to pay off now i went onto the website and see that August debit order is unpaid and its incorrect i was paid via debit order i have send several emails to them with nobody coming back to me i am happy with my system but the accounts department is a problem please can you help

I have an outstanding of R2736 i made an payment arrangement at credit control with Cynthia Jacobs and Shane Moodley they said i can reapply i also send that letter stating that i can reapply with my application then they told me that i have to pay the outstanding first at the new applications please follow up and see why all the information that i send was not read. New membership

Hi there Medshield i was a member *** and had financial difficulties i am now ok and want to rejoin the scheme because you are the best now when i apply there is an outstanding balance of R2736 i cannot pay double is there a way to help me to apply for membership and then a payment arrangement for the outstanding amount with the new membership i need to get medical aid sorted and want to start the 1st of March.
