I am extremely disappointed with Microsoft. After more than eight years as a paying customer, my account was suddenly locked behind a “parental guidance” restriction that I never activated. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my own account. I have contacted Microsoft support every single day, opened multiple cases, and followed every instruction they sent, yet nothing has been resolved. The support responses have been generic and unhelpful, and no one has taken ownership of the issue or escalated it properly. I am still locked out of my account, and the lack of accountability from a company of this size is unacceptable. I expected far better treatment as a long-standing customer. This experience has shown how weak Microsoft’s support system can be when something goes wrong.
I am disappointed with this organisation. After requesting an upgrade to my package, I was told I would need to purchase a new package first, and only then would they refund my initial purchase. It’s been nearly three weeks now, and despite reaching out multiple times, I have still not received any response. Be cautious when purchasing from SANParks - you may not receive the level of customer service they claim to offer on their website.
I placed an order for delivery on Valentine’s Day, and they never delivered the flowers to the person, even though I placed the order days before.
