I wish I could put 0.5/5 They don’t send invoices on time then disconnect your electricity and>>> expect to pay a reconnection fee. Not as professional and honest as I thought, paying CLOSE to R2000 now. Feels like they are ripping us off, I even read other riviera and I totally agree! How do you charge us for sms fees - that we don’t receive .
Good morning I have applied for my vehicle disc with Claim expert online and in store, however, I haven’t received any answer in terms of when I will get the reference or pay for it. I have emailed, called and went to the shops way before my disc expired.
This review it’s mainly for Vodabuck store. I bought an item last year (2021, November 25) on the Vodacom app, I have not received it. I have called, emailed, tried the WhatsApp (mobi), however, I have not received any help regarding getting the item being delivered or atleast a refund. Hope this platform will help me.
