I wish I could put 0.5/5 They don’t send invoices on time then disconnect your electricity and>>> expect to pay a reconnection fee. Not as professional and honest as I thought, paying CLOSE to R2000 now. Feels like they are ripping us off, I even read other riviera and I totally agree! How do you charge us for sms fees - that we don’t receive .

Edna Nyovane is an incompetent administrator she can't even do their admin properly all they do is send threats. It's been 2 weeks since I have asked for the bill statement and no one is even responding. They charge us extra charges they can't even explain what they are for. We are been charged for sms's on an electric bill, what are sms's for, not even once have we received any sms from them, sms's for what. This TripleM company is ripping people off and needs to be reported to the ncb. Get back to me with explanations or I'm taking this further. We are already staying at a crambed Erands court, now we also have to deal with you looters

This company is committing illegal acts they are blocking tenants meters which is against the law. The law states that no tenants power be cut by a third party subsidiary. As things stand, the landlord may not disconnect any municipal services and this includes water and lights. The Rental Housing Act is specific about this. Regulation 12 of the unfair practice regulations to the Rental Housing Act provides that a landlord who is obligated by law or terms of the lease agreement to provide electricity to a tenant must provide that service and must not cause the supply thereof to be interrupted or cut off to the dwelling without a court order. In other words, a landlord may not disconnect the power supply to his own property in order to force a tenant to either pay the rental arrears or to vacate the property. The worst part is the are cutting the power of people who have paid, them along with alec massel are cutting tenants power and when you confront them they tell you to call alec massel this is illegal and this should be dealt with legally

I live in a complex on the Westrand. Triple M is a really unscrupulous company which is trying to bolster their profits during the lockdown. I live on my own and use a gas stove even to boil the kettle. Last bill I received was over 16 days +/- R290 I paid double the amount considering the lockdown. Latest bill comes and it’s almost R2000 over 47 days and the excuse given is that we are in times of lockdown. In past billing runs over 32 days I was billed for 304 units. 283 over 33 days in January. Despite the fact that I worked from home most of the time in December. I often work remotely from home, in March I was home from the 6th which is part of those 16 days billed at 108 units. What I find really strange is that my bill is suddenly at 732 units which is no where near my average consumption of the past 6 months. There are people in the complex who are being charged almost R5000 for their electricity bill. A resident who has a prepaid meter says her consumption moved to about R750 during lockdown it’s usually R600. They are a household of 4 and spent R750 on electricity in my one person household I’m being told my bill for electricity alone is R1281 ex VAT. There is something dubious going on here. How do I raise this with the competition commission?

This company keeps on increasing my electricity bill every month... I stay in a bachelor apartment last month my bill was around R350 but this month’s comes out at R 1100... I don’t have washing match and I’m not a baker I use electricity for light, Tv geyser and stove. This is daylight robbery... in this lockdown you want to make profits out of people and this is not the first time to be robbed by this company. Triple M you are a disgrace to society
