Yesterday I went to standard bank to make an early withdwall of the money I fixed for 30 days n did it on the 17 th December 2020 and It was R2500 . Std bank charged me R450 of that investment and for what I don't know because the bank makes that money within an hour . On the 17th plus interest . Capitec , Tyme Bank, others would have charged me less than R50 on charges . The old traditional banks are not doing right by us people at all
Why is protea Metering over billing us daily in protea Glen , you buy electricity c R150 last 3 days There is no explanation and detailed of what the R154 charges are for. Every month we spend a lot of money paying for electricity
There we go again 1 company after black people money daily , this company needs to be investigated , this 2 much Protea Metering daily fees since much buying electronic every 3 days . No we can't be subjected to this . Every month in protea park flats in protea Glen Ext 11 we must spend more than R1000 in electricity . Charges that are never clear daily and from February always saying they will fix it
Charging more than R50 for electrical par day and other charges cant be even explained on the statement and we spending to much money monthly on them for what and why ..
This Service has been good to me and it's still is and unable's me to see what good nor bad the companies and individuals businesses Behaviours when it comes to thier customers and partners and associates .. This service should continue and be more supported than it is and be more published
I am really not happy about the service of Bex , orders were handed over to them on the 30th till today they were not delivered as promised and no communication.
I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE MY GREAT DESAPOINTMENT ON THE SERVICE OF PLANET54 , I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER ON THE COMPANY FOR SOMETIME BUT WHAT THEY DUD TO ME November December on my orders till today , 3rd of January 2020 at 16:00 have not been delivered . The owner or the CEO of the company has not contacted me and don't care of stress about their customers it's all about money to them .. No orders have been delivered since 30th November 2020
I am extremely disappointed by planet54 service I have 4 orders that I am waiting for from them , other have reached the 14days , Manager has not contacted me as she was to contact me after I have email serveral times , calls are not answered , last order ordered a black bag and got navy , 30 Nov 2019 till today no dispatched order and they are busy telling lies that orders have been packed . It's unceptable their service have gone from poor to worse .
15/07/2019 Bad attitude , Bad Service, Lies Lies and more Lies , my complaint and my experience with the City to City from Yesterday was the Bad , I booked a bus City To City on the 26/06/2019 _ @9:50 @ Shoprite and there were buses to collect me from Ngcobo I booked it to come back with it I was not informed that buses don't stop in town @ Ngcobo but they still collecting and selling tickets that buses can pickup in town . When I got to Ngcobo I was informed that buses are not stopping in Ngcobo and I call City to City Offices and they gave me a 100% assurance they will stop. On 15 in the morning around 8am O before we called and spoke to Tany Goopane she gave an assurance that they will stop and pickup and they have an arrangement in Ngcobo and I awaiting the 13:30 as the Bus arraved Taxi drivers and owners of Engcobo Town told the bus that they know that we don't collect people from this town and I got there Trying to negotiate my part that I did not know and I don't have money to go to Queenstown and catch the Bus as I am told , begging both City to City Rude Bus driver and more than 5 Taxi bosses , Taxi heard my case and bus was not taking it and said the Rude driver with attitude that they are leaving and they said ok the bus must take my things and just get out of town and then the bust can wait for me out of town . Drivers was not having anything to do with it and closed the bus on me begging and asking for help and left Immediately inconvenienced someone who was going on the meeting and ask him to help me catch the bus I paid him he rushed his car with no success and while trying to call the bus service and the phone was put down immediately they recognised it was the problem they created and after more than 1hour trying to contact a phone that was not answered final Siduduzo answered answered and tried his best to resolve it but the damage was more and more as on this process was eating my money that don't have and my High Blood was up stranded trying to go to Johannesburg and yes final got the bus but money to I spent was not returned on this mess airtime used was not replaced and inconvenience people are not compensated and so m I I was lied and offered the best service but they did not deliver and let along tried their level best to resolve they lied lied lied and lied and I am not involved the route fight but I was a victim and this can't be just left like that Never Bus company needs to take action agantly
