Rebecca was pleasant, helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
They always provide exceptional service and go the extra mile to meet my needs. Peter in this case was extremely helpful.
I have been taking my car to this dealership for its service for over six years. Only one service has been done at Honda Northcliff in all this time. Since the end of November to date I have taken my vehicle to the dealership for the same issue without resolution. The car switches off whilst driving, it's an auto. First they blamed the spark plugs, then it was a loose battery terminal, the latest is engine coils. Now they have given me a car that is making noises when I called to ask them they said that it was the shocks. They have quoted for shocks. Yet they were not fitted. Now the people who gave me my car will try pin the blame on someone who was on leave.
I live in a complex on the Westrand. Triple M is a really unscrupulous company which is trying to bolster their profits during the lockdown. I live on my own and use a gas stove even to boil the kettle. Last bill I received was over 16 days +/- R290 I paid double the amount considering the lockdown. Latest bill comes and it’s almost R2000 over 47 days and the excuse given is that we are in times of lockdown. In past billing runs over 32 days I was billed for 304 units. 283 over 33 days in January. Despite the fact that I worked from home most of the time in December. I often work remotely from home, in March I was home from the 6th which is part of those 16 days billed at 108 units. What I find really strange is that my bill is suddenly at 732 units which is no where near my average consumption of the past 6 months. There are people in the complex who are being charged almost R5000 for their electricity bill. A resident who has a prepaid meter says her consumption moved to about R750 during lockdown it’s usually R600. They are a household of 4 and spent R750 on electricity in my one person household I’m being told my bill for electricity alone is R1281 ex VAT. There is something dubious going on here. How do I raise this with the competition commission?
They have put a loan unknown to me on my credit report in December which I queried within hours of receiving the report. Was asked to send confirmation from the bank that the loan is not under my name. Which the bank sent through to Experian. Later I receive an email stating I must get some other documents. Why when the bank confirmed that I don’t have a loan??! This is very shoddy and unprofessional on their part. This script keeps changing what must the affidavit say because it’s not a case of identity theft. Clearscore messed up and mixed up information. The bank confirms there’s no loan. These people must fix this ASAP
