They are refusing to refund people their booking money and they do not have a cancelation policy. I cancel a event a week before the date of the event and asked about their refund policy and they just said they are not going to refund. I asked them to send me their policy or tell me where to find it on their website and they just did not respond for a week or 2. When they finally responded they said they will refund me only 50%, I just agreed cause it's better than nothing and that was a week ago. Follow up on the refund they told me to email my baning details and I did as requested a few days later I asked again how far they are it the refund. I was promised that by Friday it will be sorted, I followed up yesterday but I only got blue ticked on Watsapp which is what they have been doing all this time. I would understand if they have a refund policy on their website and I just didn't read it but to say no but they don't even have anything in writing when it come to refunding. They told me to postpone and I told them I couldn't cause this was postpone a couple of times already due to the funerals we had in the family. The reason why I canceled is because I couldn't reach the minimum required number of people the venue take for me to host the event, so I decided to host it at home

They agreed to give me 50% back last week, I mailed my bank details as requested when I asked when I will receive the payment they told me by the end of business today. Guess what today when I texted and emailed them about the refund they just blue ticked me as usual. They are unprofessional and don't have any policies in place, they just make rules as they go and don't care about us especially if you're not bringing them money.
It's almost been two months since my car has been in an accident and I'm still waiting for my claim to be processed and resolved. I have had to call and follow up since the first representative assigned to my matter(Ayanda)she wasn't proactive or communicating, I literally had to call daily until a new representative was assigned. I'm forever having to call them myself!!! Andrew just tells me he will call to update, days go by and I STILL HAVE TO CALL THEM MYSELF! The 30day courtesy car period is ending tomorrow, I'M STILL WITHOUT A CAR OR ANY RESOLUTION FROM 1ST for Women! WORST INSURER BY FAR!!!
