East on 82 is a bull**** place to stay at. So much abusive and disrespect that we endure for the money we pay. Getting a warning and fine same time for noise ,i went to query at the office with Alice she was also conflicted and sad theres no record for our unit being fined Today im getting a security at our door step forcing us to sign and telling us theres noise voices the securities here are galabol and treating us as if we not paying. The noise is a unit up from us. Even the security cant explain how their book and signing work. I have a recording
i have issues with the fiber wiring that called in for assistance and i was , their no technicians on site during weeks. i can only be assisted today, today i call in still i am not getting any help they say technical issues can only be resolved after 2 working days, i cannot wait for another 2 days after having no internet from Saturday morning. The agents are absolutely unhelpful it is very frustrating for me because this means i paid for a service i cannot use. i have been using my airtime to call this service provider but i am not getting any help. i am working from home, it is such an inconvenience not to have the internet access i paid for. i tried to get a private technician to assist me but they couldn't because Surf4 life has installed a limited **** wiring that only them can work on. even if i can decide change this service provide and cancel surf4life it means i will forfeit the premium i paid surf4life for this month. this is a complete inconvenience
I paid for a service that im not enduring. Their rooter has problems the service light is of, a call was logged but the failing to allocate a technician to come replace the rooter. I am being told the manager who's supposed to delicate the urgent has left for home, while my call was logged yesterday already but up to now im not being assisted. Basically I have paid for a service that im not getting. Bear in mind in using that internet service to work as well. This is a total inconvenience im not happy with their service., I just feel I must get another service provider for my internet services. I used this one coz East on 82 works with surf4life their service is failing me
Poor service, all they want is money. I am not happy with their service. I spoke to an agent yesterday with regards to moving from my current unit(1st floor to a ground floor unit). And this is because I have a cousin who is on a wheelchair and their units are to wheel chair friendly their no ramps. The agent advised of all the monies I have to pay. My partner went to pay in the morning, and he was shown to units which he had one interest in but was waiting for me to come back from work. Later when we want to confirm we told the unit it's been given to other ppl who came around 14h00 for payment ,, and will have to wait for 14days for refund. This service is unacceptable I feel missleaad and unconvinced . I can't wait to get another place and move out completely
I am one of the Tenants there, their service is excellent when you still looking for a place. This started to change as soon as I stayed here, today my electricity power went off at around 6 in the morning. I went to enquire at the office around 10 as I saw it's still not back after so many hours , no one assisted me they told the security guy their in a meeting. Then the guy suggested I go to the maintenance office that is in another complex, I went there and I was told they will come after one to check. This is such a bad service considering im working from home, I can't do anything. Worse every month I have to call the office to fix my invoice because they always send me a wrong amounted invoice, last month they even had to refund me after debiting the wrong amount. I am certainly not happy with the service and I can't wait to get another place and move out. Because for the amount im paying this is supposed to be homely .
