I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance They were great and helped with loading a new addition to the family in 30 minutes with all the changes as well a lady by the name of Mapaseka Dinake helped me.
We have had our contract with Vox now for 3 weeks. Last week vumatel came to check our box out on Thursday 22nd December and a second Team came to replace the cable outside our property. Since then I've been receiving Install fail smss and emails and no one can tell me why or what's going and when it will be fixed. I've been told it's from Vumatel side as they meant to send me a code I can send to Vox so I can finally connect the router. My next installment is due next week but I've been sitting with absolutely no signal. Finally get to number 1 on call and then it hits 5pm and I've spend over 30 minutes and airtime on the phone to have the call say the person isn't available when it is finally my turn! What must I do? The service delivery and communication is terrible!
I've tried calling and no one will help me because it's in my husband's name. We finally together at 7.30pm last night and we call sitting together and after 8 you guys cut us off. It's getting so expensive just to sit waiting for you guys to answer. We have tried everything prompted on email to do we have submitted tickets. The one woman who called on Monday promised to call back in 2 hours and she never did. How do you expect me to get work done at home when you can't even help me get the internet working or won't help me unless my husband is next to me. He works long hours and when he is off and takes time off to deal with this no one helps him. No one will help us get our internet back up and going we need a tech or something as either the router or the simcard is not working and we have only had it for 2 weeks. Your service delivery is the worst I've seen and it's gone down terribly! I have a lot of family and friends on 5G or getting it and right now they all looking at canceling because of the struggle we having with support. This is just absolutely crazy. Finally get through this am to be told no you won't help me as I don't have my husband next to me and I have every detail possible for the rain 5G and had the phone put down on me! No I'm sorry or let's fix this nothing!
2 hour wait to get in! Food lines were insane that we didn't eat it was so disorganized! Hardly any classic cars! Waste of money. This was a gift to my dad who is mad about classics and it wasn't about that. I'm terribly disappointed!
