Absolutely terrible service
Unfortunately cannot rate them a Zero. The worst service I have ever seen in my life. If the internet is not offline you do not get the speed you are paying for. Unfortunate also the only fibre provider in Sabie. Thus if you want internet think ten times before signing up with them.

Poor response to bad service in Sabie
Herotel Mbombela the worst service ever experienced. Everytime you contact them, all depends who you talk to, has adifferent excuse for bad service. Going for three months now of promises. Quick to sign us up in Sabie but no service at all.
