Beautiful scenery with stunning views and the cheesecake was delicious, however we are extremely disappointed with the Customer Services we received at Jonkers Huis Groot Constantia, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and cold, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. It was disappointing to encounter such a complete lack of hospitality from the management staff leaving us with a rather uncomfortable experience. Awful experience won't be returning.
Bad customer services and do not have a easy and seamless process for fibre connections and moving homes. The wait time is pathetic, Call centre times are not ideal.

Definitely no 1 insurance company in living the value of integrity - They promise a quick and simple claims process and I’d like to acknowledge that it has been exactly that quick easy and simple. The consultant that assisted me took the time to follow up after my claim has already been approved and really showed deep compassion for my loss. I have sent a request for a call back twice with no response. I tried calling the call centre number and eventually was cut off after wasting so much airtime holding for a operator to attend to my call.

She really listened attentively and showed a genuine interest. Her compassion was exceptional, Her responses was quick and she provided me with answers to clarify any of the questions I had Carline is really a gem and a real asset to her company. She really displayed the values of great customer service and patience that one would hope for from an insurance institution. Well-done Carline!
