Healadeal.com surreotitiously let's you sign up for monthly membership fee when you try to order something. Suddenly, the screen changes and you click on the membership part after inserting your bank details. It also gives you the option to "cancel" in 7 days. However, this part of the transaction is not upheld when you do cancel during the 7 day grace period. I contacted the vendor and cancelled via email in December, today another transaction went off. This led to me cancelling the card I used. Highly ********* behaviour and you get nothing you order. Do NOT click on anything. You will be signed up to a useless "membership".
I have been a member of Yaga for around 3 years now. Whenever I had issues, it was as resolved within 3 working days by the website admins. It is one of the best online thrift shops and your money is only released once you are satisfied with your product.
Today I ordered a phone on Yaga as the site guarantees that your money is safe and can be returned. There is one catch. Once the Nigerian scammer on the other end clicks in transit, you cannot cancel. Then they start texting you that if you don't click "received", you will never see your money again. If you do, you get a full refund (yeah, right). I have emailed, Facebooked etc. Yaga with screenshots of the blackmail, asking them to cancel the order but received no response. Do not order on Yaga!
After years of bad service and high interest rates, I closed my Edgars account in Aug 2020. I insisted on being sent a paid up letter and an assurance that my account will be closed in writing. 2 months later I received a statement for R63 and contacted RCI. I sent them the email and was told that the R63 would be reversed and the account closed. This month I did a credit check to discover that Edgars listed me on Experian for 5 years in Nov 2020 for that R63!! I am reporting Edgars to consumers ombudsman!!
I closed my acccount in Aug 2020 after paying it up. I was sent a paid up letter, saying that it would be closed within a few working days. The next month I received anelectronic statement for R63. I immediately contacted RCI andsent them the paid up and account email. They promused to reverse the amount and close it. This year I did a credit check to find out that Edgars had listed me in Nov 2020 for R63 for 5 years! I contacted both Edgars and RCI to ask them to remove it but they said they couldn't help me as they couldn't find it on the system. I am not the only person they listed because they sell their customer's debt. I am taking this to the consumers ombudsman!!
I have been with King Price Insurance for a number of years and I am very happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone who is paying astronomical prices for insurance. I had an accident this year, the other car was write off and I haf no trouble with the claim.
<div>As always, I received superb service from King Price. Keshia Williams was friendly and efficient.</div>
Communication is the worst of any tertiary institute I have attended, students are not creditd for modules they have done in their previous degrees, it is grossly overpriced and some lecturers are clearly not qualified to teach their modules. The least you expect when paying so much is that the lecturers are coherent, it savvy, responsive and organised. Students who complain are told to stop complaining instead of having their queries attended to.
