Poor customer service! Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered, but was desperate. They were the only company with the herbs that we needed, in stock. Or that's what their website showed. After I paid, I received an email stating that the product is out of stock and it would take up to 10 days. After 10 days, still no delivery! I emailed them and response was that they'll check and get back to me. Another week passed and absolutely no feedback from them. My emails are just ignored. Have now asked for refund. Let's see what happens
Love their products. My purchases arrived well wrapped and packed. The quality was perfect and what I expected. The delivery process, however, did take long with no communication regarding this. I think they should acknowledge receipt of your payment and then keep you updated on the progress of your order. A 5 day or longer, period of silence on their side, makes a client doubt their purchase.
