Purchased a handbag 2nd September, never to be heard from again
Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Placed an order, money was taken, no product received, no response to emails
Has the world gone mad, or is it just The Courier Guy? We have a small online business. We send many parcels to all corners of SA. We delivered a few parcel to the courier guy on Tuesday 15/2 in Knysna for delivery to Randfontein and Clarens. Delivery will be for Friday 18th as Randfontein and Clarens are outlying areas. We paid in full. The parcels sent to Clarens arrive on Friday morning, one of the three boxes look like it was thrown from the back of a truck and is smashed. Our Randfontein client gets told on Friday morning that the parcel is in the 2nd truck as the first one was too full and that it would be delivered that afternoon. No Delivery. On Monday our client calls again only to be told the reason it wasn't delivered is that R45 is owing on the transport!! ***? Client is desperate for the parcel, drives into town, banks the R45, phones to let them know she has paid it in cash, gets told, sorry until it reflects in our account, no delivery. She screams blue ******, they then advise, okay it will be delivered by 12 today (Monday 21st) At 1pm she calls, where is her package, no sorry, the truck has already left the area, you will have to wait until tomorrow (Tuesday 22nd) How on earth can you possibly charge the recipient for short charged courier fees, when the sender paid in full? How on earth can you possible promise a delivery then rescind that promise not once but twice? How are our clients ever going to want to buy from us again, if our courier company spends 2 days destroying relationships that we have taken years to build up?
