Abo****ely shocking service from the White River Branch!!! Parcel booked online Monday morning for collection, reschuled for collection to Tuesday without any communication or notification,. Tuesday morning, was first told that the driver would collect by 12pm, then at 12pm after no collection, was told the driver is on his way and will collect by 1pm, then just at 3pm after still no collection, was told that he is literally on his way, and will collect in a 5 minutes... by 4.30pm we had to actually get in the car and go deliver the box to the Kiosk because of NO COLLECTION! How is the kind of service (and lies) acceptable?
We have only recently moved over to Bduget Insurance and 2 weeks ago, we were involved in a seious accident with a drunk driver. Not only did Budget insurance sort out the towing of the vehicle, but the courtesy car was arranged the very next day, and the claim was approved within a couple of days and paid out. When we needed an insurance company the most - they were there for us. Just incredible!! A very special thank you to Diloshni Naaidoo for going over and beyond what we could ever have expected and ensured a smooth successful outcome! It has been a real treat to deal with you. Thank you!

Please do not purchase anything from Mega Mall Online. They are ****mers. What they advertise online is not even remotely near what you get. I was fully aware that because of the price I was paying, that I wasnt going to get an original item, but the imitation they sent didnt even attempt to resemble what they advertised. I did my due diligence first. I cross checked their address on google and google maps, I sent my own courier go to collect so couldnt be ****med by a **** address, they have a phone number and you can actually speak to someone, I even phoned another business nearby and they confirmed this companie's existance. I even use the same payment portal with my business, that this business uses, and i know that you have to be a verified as a true legit company in order for this payment gateway company to register you. Not for a moment did I think that I would be disappointed in SUCH A LARGE way. How do people get it right to stay in business when this is how they operate? I sent them a message asking how they could sell something that is so far off from what they advertised, and I got a generic reply that started with 'Hi [Customer Name}. We are sorry..... ' (they deleted the message before I could copy and paste it). So 1) They couldnt even have the decency to send a personal message and 2) they know so well that what they advertise is not what you are going to get, so they already just have a generic message typed up ready to copy and paste because this is just how they operate. SHOCKING!!
Fixed LTE with Supersonic sucks!!!! We have issues every single day. Can't work can't stream nothing and when you call them all they do is a reset. Line works fine for 5 mins and then bam... Straight back to terribleness. How do we get Supersonic or MTN to actually fix the towers?????resetting does nothing but add to the frustration. Why must I phone supersonic day in day out???
I have been scammed by Mr Andre Naryan of MTG Visas & Immigration. (My Travelling Guru). I paid My Naryan to assist me with a VISA application - on referral by someone that claims to have used his service. He was quick to send me an invoice.. and once I did payment, has stopped answering msgs and calls - he suddenly claimed to be in the embassy every day and promised to call - I am still waiting to hear from him. AFter 10 days, there was no application done to the embassy - he didnt even pick up that I had accidentally not included the application form in my emails. This gentleman is a liar and a thief. DO NOT EVER USE HIS SERVICES!!!!
