I log a complain about a product that i bought on there site.It is a grey product and i don't think they got the knowledge to resolve the matter.Sending more than 10 emails for them.No positive answers from them
I report a ***** case from my Capitec account on 6/3/25.Amount missing is nearly R83000.The people in Secunda main branch send me more than 3 times to SAPS for the correct documentation.It took a few hours for them to respond and to lock the case. It does not look if they are professional at all.The did not notify me once about what they are doing to trace the ****** money.Today they send me this email. This is the e-mail without any detail at all. Hello ****************** Thank you for your patience whilst we tried to track down your money. When *****sters ***** money from someone's account, they quickly move it out of Capitec's banking system. We tried to get your money back before it moved out of our system but were not successful. I realise this is not the outcome you wanted, and we are truly sorry for your loss. We appreciate your understanding that we have done all we can to get your money back and the case is now closed. I don't think they do anything to get the money back at all.This is my live savings of 2 years.
Today i went to the bank to report a ***** case.They sent me to the SAPS for a case number.When going back there they ask for a Avid David.3 Time they want a hard copy of the Avid David and the police statement.It is very hard to work with some people in the Secunda Mall branch.I wasted my time from 15h00 to 18h00 with that branch.Then how can they okay a transaction of more than R80000 without any permission from my side.No pin.Not sending a message to me with the bank statement .Nothing at all.
No feedback on waybill number 39^^%*.How in the world is this people still in business.No feedback on delivery.No one to pick up the phone in the operation department.No progress or feedback on there own systems.Waiting 4 days for some one to answer a call in the operations departement Jojannesburg without any success.
Very bad experience with this group.I share my bad experience on Hello Peter about a funeral policy.They did correct the payment information for me.It was an error on there side and not mine but i have to proof that i did all the payments. I ask them 3 times to correct the following without any success. 1.Please explain the death value of the policy to me. 2.What is the value of this policy after 24 years of payment 3. Please correct the married status of my mother.She is a widow for 53 years and not married.All the calls that i make to them are on record and all the e-mails i send to them is on file.
I contact Liberty twice on the 7th of October about my mother's funeral policy.I spoke to a lady Nhlanhla and she said that i must send her proof of payments for a few months.I did that and until now nothing is happening at all.Today i speak to another lady and she said they are working on the policy.I ask her to send me some proof like an e-mail that this matter is attend to.Until now no one from Liberty is contacting me on an e-mail.
I order 2 x pump controllers at there web site.They deliver within 24 hours with a courier service.Wow!What a wonderful online service.I will make use of them again and again.

I order and pay in advance(stupid me) R58000 + for solar panels,batteries and fuses.I contact Cedric about daily about my delivery and now i am fed up with all his promises. From yesterday his is not answering his phones or reply to my e-mails.Please people don't make the same mistake than me.
