Hi there, I recently purchased a Steri Stumpie from PicknPay Mulbarton and was extremely disappointed to find that it tasted sour, as if it had gone off. This is not what I expect from a trusted brand like Steri Stumpie. I checked the expiry date, and it was still within the recommended period, so this was quite concerning. I am beyond frustrated and appalled by the disgraceful response I received from the Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) when reporting an ongoing drag racing incident in our area. The level of incompetence, indifference, and downright laziness demonstrated by your team is absolutely unacceptable. When I contacted the JMPD to report the dangerous, ******* drag racing that was taking place right in our neighborhood, I was met with a shockingly unprofessional response. The operator handling my case, instead of taking swift action, claimed she could not locate the development where the incident was happening. This is not only embarrassing but also completely baffling. How can it be that your team, with all the resources at their disposal, can't pinpoint a known location where ******* activity is taking place? To make matters even worse, when I pressed the operator, she casually dismissed the issue, stating that sending out vans to address drag racing would be "a waste of resources" because those resources should only be allocated to "serious problems." Excuse me, but drag racing is inherently dangerous, *******, and an absolute public safety risk! If ******* activities like drag racing don’t qualify as a “serious problem,” then what exactly does? This is not just frustrating, it’s downright dangerous. The lack of urgency, care, and professionalism displayed by your department is an embarrassment. Do you only respond to emergencies when someone’s life is already at risk, rather than taking proactive measures to prevent these types of incidents from occurring in the first place? It is clear that the JMPD has failed in its fundamental duty to protect the residents of Johannesburg. When the very people we rely on to maintain safety and order are more interested in lazily dismissing calls than doing their jobs, it undermines all trust in your ability to effectively serve the public. I demand that you address this issue immediately, hold the operator accountable for her negligence, and ensure that proper procedures are followed in future cases. We should not have to beg for safety and accountability in our own city. I look forward to your prompt response and action.
I would give 0 stars if that was a option, to say that Capitec Bank is ****ed up would be an understatement, every second week their app is broken conveniently every 25th of the month as well. Today we went to redeem money sent from someone, used the correct C code and 4 digit password, the ATM made the cash sound but no cash came out, attempted to try again but it just showed that the voucher has been redeemed. Called a Capitec agent who you could basically tell hates their job especially working on a Sunday afternoon, just for her to tell me that the person who sent the money needs to call, we all know this will not solve the ****en problem at hand here, Im not sure if we hate the bank or the ATM but **** Capitec is useless as can be, do yourself a favor join any other bank, the reason Capitec's bank charges are so low is because you barely have access to your money, also the reason why Discover bank trolls you guys. DO BETTER.
Between the municipal and Capitec Bank I don't know who is worse,I bought lights and received my token says after (Not that big of a deal right),just bought lights again and received not even 50 units for the amount I usually purchased for a week...This is the worst possible bank just like the municipal....I want my money in my account and to change immediately don't ever even think about banking with Capitec
I am totally appalled by the service or lack of service received from renew it Sandton & the consultants and management at the branch. All I needed was for our vehicle to be completed a simple job , the back bumper was damaged in a accident, after a whole month the vehicle has still not been returned and still no light at the end of the tunnel as yet... Each one I have spoken to telling me about their internal issues, and their internal TATs each one explaining that they understand, and giving me the empathy they have been taught so well to give but each one not listening to what is required, and those are the ones who actually listen I mean lets rephrase the ones that actually hear me, then you get the ones like Bhukosi , that doesnt know what to do with me so they either hang up or advise that the manager will call , the manager who I am starting to think is a Phantom or a fairy godmother a mythical creature maybe like A unicorn or a mermaid as a call from them is like a wish from a Genie in a bottle Nuil in void... I so wish for the QA team to go and have a listen to the number of calls that have been dropped in my ear or just simple ignored what the complaint was about, getting a response from them is basically like climbing mount Kilimanjaro just to get a simple bumper repaired a letter which shouldn't even take 2 weeks at most. I have called every week since the car went in and each person keeps telling me about their mythical imaginary turn around times... turn around time is basically nuil in void, i have also request it to be escalated, oh it has been escalated 4 times already and reffered to management to expedite and still to this hour no assistance , Oh and when speaking and explaining my frustration the consultants seem very blaze about my situation and you can clearly hear either the frustration in their voices or the grin on their faces, and each one just says they will try, try to flag it or escalate it, the car has been with Renewit for over a month and no communication everytime we call we hear next week they keep saying next week untilthy kingdom come. No wonder there is so many complaints about them because there is no sense of urgency... and the truth is that even after this complaint nothing might happen and they may or may not sort the car this week, they may or may not call back at 10:30 this year or even in years to come because it seems that they are in a twilight zone... BUT the fact that getting a simple thing like our cars bumper repaired is like finding the cure for Covid 19 or for Cancer or Aids it's slim to none.
