Wayne was extremely helpful in getting me the best option available without paying excess as I am a pensioner. He was kind and very easy to talk to. Definitely an asset to the company.
They are always well spoken, respectful and assist in a positive, professional manner. Very happy with King Price.. will always use them.
Due to the fact that myself and my eldest son were forced into taking the Voluntary Severance Package, and my son losing his second job due to covid, I was transferred through to Clayton who is one of the supervisors, he dropped my insurance repayments by R200 a month without me even asking with the same cover I had. Since then I've had to contact him changing certain details regarding my insurance. He is such a gentleman, humble, amiable, understanding , polite and friendly. I give him 10 out of 10. He is an asset to King Price💯💯💯💯💯
I have already written a review on Webafrica. They have since acknowledged their error and apologized and want to plan to collect their router. They owe me over R2000 for monies deducted for a contract not fulfilled. I have emailed them stating I am a pensioner with a 38yr old son who has lost his 2nd job due to covid. I have to support both of us on my pension. Webafrica will not get their router back until they pay my outstanding monies. I haven't even paid my insurance yet. Once again I will have no money for basic necessities, most importantly food. We are now on level 6 loadshedding in Benoni Agricultural holdings as of today.
I had a car accident not too long ago. King Price was so helpful and understanding as I was traumatized, my car was a write off. The payout was very fast and efficiently done. They are the only insurance company where my premiums have gone down substantially, even after my accident. Well worth doing ur insurance with them... everything is done on line on their app. Definite 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My son and I were cabin crew for many years. Before covid hit , we went into business rescue resulting in thousands of staff , ourselves included, being forced into taking Voluntary Severance Packages. Most of the employees lost their jobs. I was forced into early retirement resulting in me losing almost R1 million on my pension. My son found a second job which collapsed due to covid. I went to Trinergy to explain the financial hardships this has placed me in. I am not eating so that my son can eat. I begged Trinergy to help as I cannot pay the monthly fees due as now I am trying to support 2 people. There is no work out there. Trinergy keeps on deducting R310 every month which I need for food and basic items. My pension cannot cover everything which I thought it could when I signed up. There has been no empathy, solution solving etc. I even emailed them to which I have received no response. Even banks have empathy during this worldwide pandemic, there is no work out there. I am appealing for assistance in this matter as I am literally not eating for my son to eat. I am 60 years old.
