Order did not arrive. No refund either.
Did not receive my food, Driver did not answer his phone or respond to my messages, Driver left my food on the floor somewhere and took a photo and marked the order as delivered, driver made no effort to contact me in any way, I contacted support witch is absolutely horrible, all they say is, driver tried contacting you(witch he did not) and for that reason you won't receive a refund, they do not reply they just send you automated responses, they don’t answer any questions or make any effort to assist me, and worst part is you have to talk through a app, they only assist restaurants through phone calls, not consumers. Worst experience ever, they stole the food and my money.

Hello, Hope you are well. The person was: Firstly, I bought that TV under the adverti*****t on your website so it was advertised, even if it is after the date you can't advertise something and then tell me I can't buy it or I don't qualify, Secondly I was able to purchase it under the backthebucks section and when purchased it shows backthebucks as you can see on my invoice and order, and I am sure you know how that works, thirdly I contacted takealot and was given confirmation that I do qualify that is why I asked before I kept the TV and I was informed that I am part of the promotion by the above mentioned person, and they knew when I bought it and under witch circumstances I bought it, and they confirmed that I am part of the promotion and they said I can use there email as a confirmation, this is the only reason I bought and kept the TV, and I asked can I use the email as a confirmation that I do qualify and I was told yes so I have that email. For me it's not about getting a free TV, for me its about having something adverited and getting excited about it. Buying it and then have the invoice/order showing that I am apart of a promotion, emailing takealot to confirm this and letting them know how I bought it, so that I know I can have piece knowing I am indeed part of the promotion witch was confirmed by the takealot employee, and the stressing about the purchase through the whole word cup biting my nails every game, and being so excited when winning knowing I have just won the TV and that all the stress was worth it. So please assist me as I have not yet received my refund. Best regards.

Excellent Service
Great communication from there side, fast delivery, safe got delivered the day after I placed an order. They also recommended a great compony to install the safe. If you looking to buy a car safe definitely go with these guys you won't be disappointed.

There service is excellent and very Professional. Firstly they are in contact with you via whatsapp witch is just great and they are so nice(awesome people). Secondly they get your order to you nice and quick with no hassle. Thirdly you get a Free Chocolate😱😱. What more can you ask for, trust me you won't be disappointed, give them a try.
