I placed an order with Omninela Medical approximately two weeks ago, with the assurance that delivery would be completed within five working days. However, I have yet to receive my products, and despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have been unable to get a response. The last update I received mentioned unforeseen challenges with deliveries, but no further communication has been provided regarding the resolution. Given the continued delay and lack of reliable service, I kindly request a full refund for my order. Please confirm the refund process and expected timeline at your earliest convenience. I have rented a flat for over 2 years with Ellenburger and Kahts and this agency has done everything they could to not pay my deposit of R9000. this is after they used the very same inspection report they used when I moved in, I am told of dirty walls and broken cupboards... the one I fixed by myself.
