Hollard is very good and easy to access, and I can recommend it to any one who needs insurer
I call everyday for the staff to help me to login but they are unable to help as they are not friendly and they say they sent me an email but it doesn’t appear in my side. It is almost 4 months trying to login and calling everyday i have used more than R1000.00 on phone calls.
I was helped by the best of the best lady by the name of Lindiwe Kambule who I think she knows her job and knw why she is working and she is very excellent in customer service and her communication is 100% if I have to rate her I will give her more than total because she is best on what she does.
