Apparently the owner of Dikgale Tombstones has been arrested so to make the case strong for all that he ran away with their monies go to Transfer police station to open a case and find out more about his arrest
So I bought a bed at Hificorp via online on the 18th of January and the bed was delivered on the 25th January upon assembling it I found out it was fault emailed them at hifi@jdgroup....till today I haven't received a response..on the 25th of January I decided to contact them via Facebook messenger was given a complaint ref number and was told someone will get back to me..got a call days later and I was told they will send someone to assess it...two weeks later nothing...inboxed again and I was given a number to call of which I did..still I was told they will look into it and get someone to get back to me....got a call from a lady saying a request has been put for the bed to be exchanged and it's at warehouse...now two weeks later again,nothing from their side...inboxed again and was told that they will elevate the matter to the right department...I decides to call the customer care line again and I was told that my matter has been escaletes and someone will call me....its now more that a month since I bought a bed that is just sitting in my room useless to us....its almost two months now since I have logged a complaint and I'm not getting any help....I'm asking myself that should I have problems with the bed later on that requires the use of guarantee and warranty,will they be able to help me since they can't deal with a simple factory fault matter
