We have been introduced to KFC online, for better prices and the benefits of delivery Tried the KFC online ordered food as we had parents evening, and not enough time to make supper, food arrived... Chips ice cold, wraps was not tasting good and no drinks was delivered, contacted customer care, they were so sorry and refunded us, Next time we had guest over, trying online KFC again, ordered food, food arrived and NO Chips was delivered with the order, we had to go to a take away and buy Chips, phoned customer care again and received a voucher for our Chips that we can use... We tried KFC online again placed order online, money deducted from our account, and when we return to the KFC online page its say order was not made, yet money was deducted still nothing delivered, logged a complaint via Customer care email address, left all contact details, and received the below email? Mr D phoned and said that the KFC does not have Ice cream and can not make the oreo crushers that the kids ordered, okay it can happen and we change the to the sparkling crushers that the kids did not want but well we had to do something with our order Order arrived with the Mr D driver, open up order well well one again the order is a mess, we ordered the family feats with 6 pieces of Chicken, 2 mash, 2 coleslaw and large chips for myself and husband, NO CHIPS once again, i stoped the Mr D driver and advised, she contacted her boss they contacted the KFC and the KFC said i selected coleslaw??? The meal comes with coleslaw x 2 and large chips??? MR D said the KFC store will contact me still no call received??? On opening the Chicken our 6 piece Chicken was only 5 pieces??? 2 wings, 2 drumsticks and 1 x other piece of chicken not sure what part????I am not sure what is the issue with KFC, but our family love KFC and this makes it very difficult to even think about ordering KFC or even buy KFC again. If someone from KFC headoffice can please contact me so we can resolve this as i am really over the customer care I will not mention the KFC branches but the are in PORT ELIZABETH
