Doest have any of the amenities they claim to have online , this place is a complete **** , no wifi , no warm water , the walls are paper thin and the TV doesn't work they claim it's because the cable is cut , we also had no power for Like two days , we stayed there for a while as it was the cheapest option available, so we saw how their **** works , they will show you the worst room they have no matter wich room you book online , and then they will try and upgrade you for an extra R200 for a room inside or extra R400 for a room outside or even an extra R350 for one of the rooms in the front wich btw feels like an oven along with the room on the top floor ,just don't go here , like it's not even worth it if your on a tight budger
I bought an Uber eats voucher for R205, and when I tried to place my order it gave me an error saying that "an error occured and i should contact support" this isn't the first time this is happening, on another account I bought a voucher for R50 , and the same happened , and when i do contact support via the Uber app or via Instagram or Facebook I get the same coppy paste responses that aernt even related to my problems, I am livid and utterly disappointed
Uber charged $37.53 to my PayPal account on 16 June 2025 for a service I never requested, never used, and never authorized. I didn’t book a ride, I didn’t order food – there is absolutely no activity on my Uber account to explain this charge. The real insult? I’ve reached out to Uber Support multiple times, and all I get are automated, generic responses that do nothing to resolve the issue. No explanation. No investigation. No refund. Just the same copy-paste nonsense every time. Let’s be clear: I received no notification of the transaction. I got no receipt, no trip details, no confirmation. And there’s no record of this charge in my Uber account. This is either a system error or a security failure, and Uber is doing absolutely nothing to take accountability. They’ve essentially taken $37 out of my wallet and are ignoring every attempt I’ve made to fix it. Uber, if you care at all about your customers or your reputation, I suggest someone looks into this properly. Until then, I’ll keep warning others to watch their accounts closely and think twice before trusting this platform.
