I have received speedy answering and fast assistance from Chane Van de Heever. I was helped immediately and had a new pet policy set up in less than 15 min. Amazing.
I would not recommend this small business at all, as customer care is at the bottom of their priorities. I have placed two pre-order items, was charged full price for them, even though their cancellation policy states Pre-orders won't be charged or only partially charged. I have not received the books yet, I cannot cancel it nor get a refund.Their cancellation policy (you can only find that on your order link not on the website) and refund policy(small print only on the bottom of the page) contradict each other. They push policies down your throat and do not meet you in the middle to resolve the issue. 0 stars out of 5. Will never buy any book from them again.
VW Golf went in for Service and was there for a week. After finally receiving the car (having enquiring why it is taking so long) , we realised the polenfilter has been removed. 1 year later at a new place for a service, we were informed the cambelt has never been replaced as it should have been at VW Hatfield - they ticked it off in our service plan booklet(specifically covered for this service in our service plan). They Rob you of your money and sanity.
I was extremely upset to have witnessed how rude the nurse was treating a male patient during a covid testing process. He was being polite and answering her questions to the best of his knowledge and she yelled at him as if he is an idiot and treating him as if he had the bubonic plague During the testing she was clearly hurting him (yes it is a sensitive procedure and the sample needs to be taken deep in the sinuses), but he was clearly flinching, giving good indication she has reached the target and more. She still continued driving it up there as if to result a nose bleed. If one has a bad day, you do not take it out on the patients or clients. This was an upsetting experience and will not test there again myself.
Tristin Smuts is great at his job. He made sure everything was well communicated and helped with any questions I had. He made sure to phone back after we rescheduled, he does not forget about you as a client ;). I am very pleased with my experience with dotsure so far.
